Wow! The food was so insanely good it made me want to lick the plate clean, every bite was worth savoring. The whole vibe is effortlessly cool, with an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. What really sealed the deal was the customer service. The owner was down to earth, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Bar Red does not disappoint! I met two Denver friends for dinner who had never been to (or heard of) Bar Red and they were super-impressed by everything - the charcuterie board, the pasta, the wine, and Zach's excellent service. This secret gem has a lot to offer!

We loved this little gem! The space is quite small, but very charming. It wasn't too loud so our group was able to converse which is sadly a rarity anymore. We started with the house salad which serves 2, the greens were fresh and crisp. The pasta is made in house and had just the right tooth. We had the salmon, shrimp diablo, carbonara, and lasagna - all were very tasty. The service was super friendly. They gave us 2 complimentary servings of tiramisu to share. Wow! It was outstanding! I'll definitely order it when we return. There is a private lounge area downstairs which would be a great little spot to host a small party. Pro tip: There is a surface parking lot right across the street from Bar Red between the restaurant and the Bellco Theatre. It makes it super easy to park once, dine and attend a show.

Went there to see Afu-ra do a show... Food was amazing! Real Italian specialties that are on par w/ Little Italy in NYC!! (trust- i grew up there) Big ups to the bartender for keeping the drinks flowing, the chef for the love he puts in every dish, & most of all to Zach,the owner,for keeping real hip-hop alive in Denver!!! The energy in this place is of the charts!! I'll be back there soon...
Bar Red was an awesome spot! Very cool vibe that served authentic, made to order Italian food, late night! We visited after a concert and arrived about 11:30pm and ate like kings! Lasagna was amazing as was the carbonara! Nostalgic all around from the 90s hip hop songs playing lightly in the background to the Saturday morning cartoons playing behind the bar.... we enjoyed reminicing! Great place, excellent service and amazing food. Zach made us feel welcome and took care of us very well!
