This eco friendly hotel is beautiful! The architecture is stunning and ambient. The restaurant on the main floor (Pasque) was both delightful and erroneous. The "beignet" was not a beignet but more of a fritter or hush puppy (5 in an order). It was crispy, had beautiful flavor and a great appetizer to start with. The lamb (the sauce 🤤) and lobster are phenomenal!! Cooked to perfection 👌. My critics on the mint...... it did not need to be in so many dishes as garnishment....read full review
Maybe the best Eggs Benedict I’ve had. Coffee was fantastic. Really high quality, fair prices, and great vibes. Servers were fantastic.
Lars was amazing. A lovely atmosphere!

Pasque is a unique restaurant with a carbon neutral footprint. The staff is exceptional and provides professional service. The food is out of this world, with dishes like beignets, frites, and steak being served. The benedict with avocado, tomato confit, and a croissant is also a popular choice. Pasta is cooked to perfection and the dessert is a must-try. The atmosphere is cozy and calming, making it a great spot for a quiet dinner or a weekday lunch. The service is great, attentive, and relaxed, with staff members being kind, professional, and accommodating. The cocktails are excellent and the oat milk cappuccino is strong yet balanced. Pasque is a highly recommended restaurant, perfect for those looking for a great dining experience. The only suggestion for improvement is to add a plant-based breakfast meat option to the menu. Overall, Pasque is a great choice for anyone looking for a fantastic meal in a unique and welcoming environment.
