It’s a shame to see where this store has gone. The servers were polite and friendly(the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one) but the selection was terrible. 21 flavors and mostly basics and even some of those were lacking. Over half the bays were empty. None of the seasonal options. There was only one smoothie option and no visible way to do a float. The drink cabinet was empty. This was our second visit where is was like this. Won’t be back for a while.
Tried to go last night. The kid working said they were almost sold out. Had 5 partial tubs of ice cream and weird gross flavors. Definitely won't go back
Ice cream is always good can’t really go wrong with ice cream. However I would expect to wait like 20-30 minutes. They have one lady today who did amazing with being the only staff. She said the other two employees didn’t show up. Kinda crazy a manager wouldn’t show up to help. Shows how much management here cares.
The manager and owner are irresponsible. They hire teenagers, make them work and take a very long time to give them their checks and when the checks are given there aren’t enough funds and the checks bounce. When you ask the managers and assistant manager for solutions they don’t respond. If anybody knows how to report this company please let me know.
Pay these kids there money! What a shame
Heard from fox 31 they have had payroll bounce several employees haven’t been paid ! I am not supporting this place until the franchise can get their act together and pay their employees !
Didn't this place use dto have more than 3 flavors? We brought the kids today and they were out of almost everything
Ice cream is always good, but when we ask for hot fudge on a Sundae, we should get it.

I just wanted to get on here and give a HUGE shout out to Diana! 1/19/25 , we went in and she was the ONLY person working. She was sweet and caring! She looked so stressed out and with being stressed out , she still managed to smile and greeted everyone with respect. I felt so bad for her though , she had about 25 costumers and like 3 doordash orders that she wasn't even able to do because of the line in that place. If you ever see this Diana, there's better places out there for you , where you wont be put in a situation to handle everything alone. You are amazing and handled that place like a freaking queen that night. Thank you. 💫
Honestly though , shame on the managers for having 1 person working on a weekend day. Also, there was nothing that we wanted there. No bubblegum ice cream , no brownies for the brownie sundae and no bananas for a banana split!? I wanted to go with my gut and head to DQ. But wanted bubblegum ice cream instead . . And didn't even get that.

I placed an order for 2 cakes (one cake and one pie to be specific). When the delivery driver went to pick it up, the worker said he didn’t have those. I asked for what they did have and he said vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Those are ice cream flavors, not cake. He said he didn’t know the names of the cakes and I would need to come to the store to look for myself. Turns out he did have one of the flavors he just didn’t want to look. Terrible service from an incompetent employee.

I don’t understand if you are out of the ice cream I’m trying to order. Just getting a different one and expecting that to be okay, is certainly not. I’ve tried ordering a Jamoca shake twice this week and each time you gave me Jamoca Chocolate Almond. What if I was allergic to nuts?
If you don’t have the ice cream cancel the order. Don’t just give an entirely different order. ?? Especially when DoorDash won’t refund me. Waste of money.
The employees have always been very kind, welcoming and friendly. They’ve never rushed us (mom with two kids) and they are always happy! Thank you for great service!
