Usually, this is our go to place. Quarterback crunch has us coming back more times than I am happy to admit. HOWEVER, we went here to celebrate my late grandmother’s birthday (BR was her absolute favorite) at 9:15PM. Maps shows they don’t close til 10. But going to both entrances were completely locked with a clerk standing at the register staring at us. Must be nice to close early ☹️ Super Bummed out..

Ice cream is always good, but customer service sucks. The lady that helped us today seemed to be in a great mood with the customer ahead of us, but when it came to us she became short and irritated. She seemed bothered by us placing an order. The people behind us seemed to have a better experience as well. Disappointed.

This place needs help.. owners/managers must absolutely suck. Don’t know how to run a business. Sheesh walked in and the line was almost out the door. Only 2 employees 1 was new and told me she couldnt make a milk shake or banana split because she didn’t know how to….. took forever for us to order and even longer to get what we ordered. Place was a mess. One of the girls working was on the phone with a Tiffany to let her know about issues and she said she was told “oh well” that nothing to could be done right now… so if Tiffany is the owner or manager DO BETTER!!!

Gave 1 star for the friendly employees.That being said the management needs to properly advice the staff of the current promotions.The one on 120th they don't know the specials. They said the special was for 2 scoops and not 2 scoop "sundaes" also charged me $8 for a banana split when the banana split was only supposed to be $5 on fridays.
THIEVES. THIEVES. Why advertise if you don’t honor your own sales on your own store. Horrible horrible customer service. Before ordering I asked about sales advertised on the window. The young men confirmed the sale buy one 2 scoop Sunday get one free. A young girl rang us up and I mentioned the sale twice. She kept saying yes. But when I looked at the receipt she charged me for both. She could not refund the money. Per staff there are no managers, no way to contact anyone such as the owner.

This was my absolute best experience at an ice cream shop I have ever experienced. I got my ice cream in a quick and proportional manner. The boy that served me was so polite. He was by far the best minor worker at any store.

I`m super glad that I called a head of time and ask them to hold a quart of ice cream for my pregnant wife and drove all the way from downtown Denver, just to find out when I get there that they just sold it and didn`t hold it for me. Thank you for wasting an hour of my life. Will never go to this Baskin Robbins EVER AGAIN!!!!

This location is ridiculous. Full of kids running the place. They're so busy jacking around with eachother instead of acknowledging customers. Young blonde gal (3-19-2023 at 7:00 PM) sneezed in her hand and continued to make food and touch everything. Then, while checking someone out, she got on her cellphone for awhile and again went back to serving. Didn't wash her hands ONCE! After waiting 30 minutes and watching three groups behind me get served and checked out we just left. Luckily it's one of the few Baskin Robbins in the area so they'll get business regardless. Expect terrible customer service and questionable health habits.
