The cream puffs are amazing. I got some as a gift and was excited to come try different flavors. I did come arguably a bit late (~30min before close) but staff treated us as an annoyance. The employee working the position of sale hardly greeted us - in fact, her face fell when she saw us - and was unpleasant when answering our questions. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand that it can be frustrating when people come in close to closing time. However, the doors weren’t locked, there was unsold product, and we were nothing but polite, so this treatment seems unwarranted. I would have mentioned this on the feedback survey on the receipt, but… it doesn’t work! Not sure if I want to come back, even if the cream puffs are good…

Unfortunately, I wanted to love this place, as I've been here before. The puffs are incredible, but everything else about this experience was frustrating. We waited a long time in line, and were never acknowledged. It was apparent there was a staffing issue and that the only individual working there was overwhelmed. No one said hello, no one gave updates while we waited, and no one kept us informed about how long we would be standing there. After finally making it to the front of the line, we were told they were sold out with no other timeline for a refill, presumably. This kind of lag time with no customer service, and poor communication is unacceptable. If you are selling out of your product quickly, this needs to be communicated to customers being that they are investing their time there. Super disappointing. Maybe they will find better staffing and communication because they have potential, but the experience is definitely not there.

Bad service and super slow. I am sitting here still at the shop waiting for my cream pies. Person here barely speaks English and the order is all wrong. 1st and unfortunately last time here

Drove out of my way to stop by because your Google listing said you were open, come to find the store was closed? There was a hand written note on the door that said closed until four. Super unprofessional and unreliable shopped here before and won’t be coming back.

I ordered eight of those. and they packed Overpacked in one box. Sticky caramel was all over the box. Making it difficult to serve. But, taste was terribly good!

The puffs are delicious but the service was too slow. We went in during weekdays afternoon and there were nobody in the shop, however it took about 30 mins to get the puffs. It didn’t feel great to see the person cooking sneezing without covering

We drove across town to get some puffs with the ZZZ colab and when we walked in, we were told to leave because the employees are going on break for an hour. The employees were super rude about it and what store has all its employees take their break all at the same time. The website mentioned nothing about a break.

Stopped by Beard Papa’s as I was at the complex. I got curious about the cream puffs concept so decided to try out. Was welcomed by a friendly staff who explained how the fillings are made. Ordered two crem puffs in vanilla. Would definitely recommend
First thing I noticed was the smell. It wasn't very good and felt like the air was thick with oil. They really need to open the door to let more fresh air in. It's bad enough that I'd prefer to wait outside. The cream ouffs themselves were not what I expected. I've never had creampuffs but I was expecting a thick sweet cream full of flavor like a Boston cream cake or Krispy Kreme cream donut. What I got was a very soft even thin cream filling that was super light in flavor. Maybe similar to a crème brûlée in how delicate the flavor was and so light it reminded me of thickened flavored water. Personally I think I prefer a thicker more rich cream, but I think I can appreciate them. The puff was soft and chewy. They are a little difficult to eat and fall apart if you're not careful.
Overall I enjoyed the experience. However, I don't think I will go out of my way fighting traffic to comeback again. It's worth it to try, but not sitting in the car for an hour. I'd say similar level to a Krispy Kreme but different. There are a few things that needs to be changed for me to want to make that journey again, like a bolder cream option. I guess that would be Americanized if they did that, but that's my honest opinion on it.

Absolutely delicious! The puffs are perfectly bite-sized and filled with rich, creamy goodness. I tried the vanilla, chocolate, and green tea fillings—each one was amazing in its own way. The texture is just right, and the flavors are well-balanced. Plus, the customer service was top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and truly made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Customer service is fantastic, and that's it. The bread on the bottom was dry and very burnt flavor. The filling inside had zero flavor. The chocolate on top needed more flavor. I love marshmallow, so I went with marshmallow flavor, and the marshmallow on top had been sitting outside for a while. Very hard, half flavor.
