Absolutely delicious! The puffs are perfectly bite-sized and filled with rich, creamy goodness. I tried the vanilla, chocolate, and green tea fillings—each one was amazing in its own way. Customer service is fantastic, and that's it. The bread on the bottom was dry and very burnt flavor. The filling inside had zero flavor. The chocolate on top needed more flavor. I love marshmallow, so I went with marshmallow flavor, and the marshmallow on top had been sitting outside for a while. Very hard, half flavor.

This place is delicious! I happened to be in the area shopping and spotted this place. I never heard of it. I told the worker I'd never been there, and he helped me make my selection, and it did not disappoint. They are so soft, and the filling is light and creamy. When I went around 3 p.m., they had a happy hour. Buy 3 and get one free.
Very good cream puffs. So fun to pick your shell and then pick the filling. Service was good. Restaurant is clean. We went for the Mashle figures with a purchase of the assortment pack, but they didn’t have the figures. All the shirts were too small so we couldn’t buy a shirt.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. My family and I love this place. I was there this past weekend getting treats after running around at Dave and Buster. The gentleman who was working that evening was absolutely amazing. His customer service was great. He was very friendly and spoke to my sister and I like we knew each other for years. Service like that is what make people feel welcome and wanting to come back.

Finally tried the creme puffs after a long wait and man was I disappointed. Maybe they are better fresh in store and never refrigerated, but they were a crunchy mess when I pulled them out for dessert. Nothing like a good eclair or creme puff. The chocolate was too thick and hard and didn't work at all. Also no instructions for the lava cake to heat it up. Had to scour the Internet. Was a total bummer all around!

Beard Papa's has the most delectable cream puffs in this state, but a long shot. Their baking skills are on point with cool, lightly whipped cream in the center of light fluffy pastries. They come up with incredible flavors like green tea and cookies and cream too. I 💯 recommend Beard Papa's, every time I get their cream puffs they're obviously freshly made and such a decadent treat for one's taste buds. The only thing I wish they'd change is their hours, they open a little later than I bet many people would like, these cream puffs would give a donut a run for its money early in the morning with a cup of coffee. Love this place.

The person working behind the counter was in the restroom and we were trying to figure out where the worker was. As we went in and out a few times, he yelled stop ringing the doorbell. After he finally came to provide “service”, he once again said stop ringing the doorbell or I won’t serve you. At that point, I left and refused to spend my money with a business that treats their customers like this.
I liked Beard Papa's because it was simple and to the point. The cream puffs were varied and stuck to a simple formula. They were tasty, but a little pricey considering other options around. The staff was friendly and knew what to recommend. Had the vanilla bean and the cookies n cream item.

Went in at 3 o clock yesterday, no one was working the front. I made sure to stick around for 5 minutes in case they were busy in the back but ultimately I never saw an employee and ended up leaving without purchasing anything
