Sushi Omo is amazing and cute, with delicious sushi. The sushi is fresh, and the service is quick and spectacular. Prices are reasonable and unbelievably affordable. The food is incredible, always hits the spot, and the flavor is remarkable. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. Specific meals mentioned include sushi burritos, hand rolls, nigiri (regular salmon, tuna, yellowtail), shumai (a perfect shrimp dumpling), salmon Tataki (out of this world, with fatty and regular salmon in a beautiful sauce), and the monster (an amazing roll with blended ingredients and the right amount of crunch). The eel is the best ever had. The limited menu keeps everything at its best. Whether eating in, picking up, or ordering via DoorDash, this place is absolutely incredible and one of the few things to really slow down to eat. It is the best sushi in Denver and Colorado.
