Just enjoyed my birthday dinner there today on a Saturday afternoon. Booked early 3pm for 7 people. We were sat promptly, served promptly and our chef Spence and the team were AMAZING. Food was delicious, service was great.

Our group had a great time at this location. The service was wonderful and our cook stayed very entertaining. This is a great place for celebrations.

We had an 7pm reservation and did not get seated till 815pm. We had 3 kids with us so it was very frustrating that they over booked the restaurant

Waited over an hour for our table reservation. Host staff was rude and continued to tell everyone 15 more minutes for their tables. Given the nature/style of this restaurant there is no excuse to be late other than blatant mismanagement.

Were there all the time, we love being seated near the back area where we have more open area to ourselves. I always order Sapporo beer real great taste Japanese beer, along with appetizers like fried California rolls etc and the wagyu steak is a must try for everyone.

Our reservation was at 6:15. We didn't get seated till almost 7. We sat at our table for 35 minutes until they found a waiter waitress to serve us. The food was not cooked the way it usually is very disappointing..

Leslie our waitress was incredible and very attentive. It took a while for us to be seated even with a reservation and the staff told us they were about 30 minutes behind, everyone seemed a bit stressed and panicked. The food was very good though.

Sat a 6:51 for a 6:15 reservation. Really expensive for value. Party of 6, 2 of which were kids, no alcohol. $480 with the tip. Chef was great, front staff not so much.

It was my 40th birthday always a great time!! Friendly staff. Didn't like that I made reservations and we still had to wait 40 minutes.

Spending almost 4 hours for a birthday dinner is not okay. We had made a reservation, even invited a couple of friends, we waited an hour plus to be seated, we waited close to an hour at the table, no server. Finally a server shows up, we order our drinks, but the chef takes another 45 minutes plus to get to the table. Horrible waiting experience, eating dinner, birthday celebration at 10:00pm was not the idea. We will not go back there!!

After years of enjoying Benihana, I'm sad to report the quality, portion sizes, and overall experience are in sharp decline. Our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The chef was utterly unengaging and did the bare minimum, the exciting teppanyaki flair we go for was completely missing. The food portions have been significantly reduced, yet the prices remain very high. Benihana is supposed to be an expensive experience, but when the entertainment value (chef engagement) and the food value (portions) both fall short, it becomes an overpriced and hard-to-recommend meal. You are paying a premium for an experience that is no longer delivered.

Chef was incredible. The server may have been overloaded. It took time to get what we asked for but she was friendly.

super disappointed! scallops and lobster over over cook !! felt like he spent more time talking instead of watching our food !!

It's always loud, but if you get there around 5 pm you will have about 1 hour before things get really loud.
