We found this place when we went to drop off a return for Amazon 6 years ago. Now it has become our go to Mexican restaurant in Denver Their rellenos are to die for!!!
First time here , environment is so grounding and welcoming; owner seems very proud of the location :) we will back soon! 🖤
Just went there again today and loved it as much as always. I have been going to Las Caras for over 29 years, I think I started when they first opened and my office was just a block away.
Had a Smothered Bean Burrito and it was enormous and so yummy. Their green chili has the best flavor. Love it!
