Pizza is good. But their delivery absolutely sucks. Last order took over 2 hours to get to me. They canceled my door dash orders twice now but waited an hour to do so. I used to recommend this place to everyone but their service has gotten so bad that I'm going to quit eating and ordering from them for good. Not only did they lose a customer, they lost a promoter as well.

I ordered a “18 pep pizza and it was very salty. I understand pep can be salty but this was extreme. I ordered and paid for sauces that I didn’t receive with my pizza and wings. I called back and they came back with sauces after offering me a refund instead of dropping them off. I had to ask for them to come back with them… The delivery driver called me to come out to the car to get the pizza instead of coming to the door. I am very disappointed and will never be ordering from here again.

I just had a rough experience with Tony. Tried to order a 3-topping pizza. It says a cheese is $15 on their menu on Google. The guy told me it would be $30. I asked him why it was so much if a cheese is only $15 and he goes “where are you seeing that ?” I go “Google, but it doesn’t say the amt per topping”. He goes “there’s no 3-topping cheese pizza for $15 are you sure you’re on the website?” I’m like “no I’m on Google” Then brings the owner over and just does not say what I am telling him. Said I was on his website trying to order and that I had a coupon??? I got so mad to be honest. Like dude you’re just making things up and not listening to me clearly specifying these things. The owner called me back and took 2 seconds to get on same page. Just at a loss for words as to the quality of the staff.

I don’t know who is in control of the music here, but it’s like- the hottest club in town! vibes were magnificent.Service was awesome. I’ve lived so close to this place for so long, and never realized where it was because it’s easy to miss.It’s definitely pretty cramped in there. I wouldn’t sit down and have a meal. But perfect for after the bars . it’s not the best pizza /wings i’ve ever had but it’s not the worst, either. i went for a slice and 6 wings. i didn’t really care for the buffalo sauce, though.Parking: it’s cap hill, and parking is tough depending on the time of day.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s no step to get in, but it’s pretty tiny in there and probably, would be hard to maneuver around.

Literally ripped me off I ordered a pizza on their website on Sunday February 11th at 6:15. It was around $30.00 with 20% tip for delivery. By 8:15pm the pizza never showed up. I called and they stated that it would be another 50 mins and they haven’t even made it yet. I canceled the order expecting a refund. It’s now February 13 and I have called the establishment 3 times and they said they can’t refund me until the manager comes to the store. They basically took my money and are refusing to refund me

This place has been garbage lately. The staff is rude and often times are stoned out of their minds, the slices are poorly prepared and, the overall taste borders on "sour". The red sauce they use is metallic.Benny's used to be an incredible spot that operated with high standards. Ever since the young skater dude (possible owner?) passed away, this place has steadily declined in quality. Sad. I have been frequenting Benny's for almost 20 years now...
