We have been to Benzina many time. Consistently good food and drinks (great martini and favorite Alpina Sauvignon Blanc), good service, and friendly staff make our dinners at Benzina specials events. Making memories for the grandkids.

Three of us, all excellent cooks who recognize and appreciate restaurants that prepare their food with fresh, unique ingredients, went to Benzina for a birthday dinner. Our server, Wilson, was attentive and knowledgeable about all aspects of the menu, including gluten-free options and substitutions for one of us. Every course from appetizers to dessert were perfectly prepared and flawlessly presented. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, allowing us to enjoy a meal that could not be surpassed by a five star restaurant, compliments of Danny, the chef. Brad Anderson, the owner of Benzina, actively engaged with all diners and assisted with serving to ensure an exceptional experience for all customers. I highly recommend Benzina for truly gourmet dining without a stuffy, ostentatious atmosphere.

I ordered the Caesar salad and the cauliflower appetizer. Both were exceptionally good. The cauliflower was surprisingly amazing. Also ordered the tiramisu and it was light not too sweet and delicious!

This place is such a Gem. Benzina’s dishes are well balanced, with fancier options and nightly specials, alongside classics like spaghetti, lasagna, and of course pizza! The chefs know how to elevate these classics perfectly, with delicious ingredients and gorgeous presentation. The music fits the restaurant’s aesthetic well and the service from Jordan was excellent!

The burrata is the best in Denver. Love the wine selection well. Thursday night burger night is a nice add to the menu.
Date night at this place was a success! We ordered the homemade bread and it came with a cacio e Pepe sauce to dip that was mind blowing. I also ordered the burrata and it arrived with some bread w olives on it. For our entrees we ordered the tagliatelle, it was delicious and the chicken parmigiana. I was so full from the bread appetizers that I didn’t eat my entree but I did try it and it was very good. Portion sizes are decent. We also ordered the panna cotta and the affogato, my husband really enjoyed the panna cotta but the affogato was a miss for me. It was dusted with espresso grounds and it just made it weird. The atmosphere was nice, I felt it was a little bright-our table had a light directly over it that was a little too much. However our server was great, the food was great. We will be back!

This was my first visit to Benzina and I truly enjoyed it! The food was delicious, the service excellent and the ambience was also really great and it was quiet enough that it was easy to have a conversation. It had the Chicken Parmesan and it was best not have I have ever had. The noodles served wit the chicken were excellent and the tiramisu was also delicious. The bread and dipping sauce was also really good and so we will be back!

We hadn't been to Benzina in a few years ( sadly to say.) However, despite the construction on Colfax , it was not difficult to park on a busy Friday night! Everything was absolutely wonderful! Our waitress was over the top in meeting our needs, friendly and kind!!! The food was so delicious!!!! Pasta, salmon , chicken parm!!!! But ‘THE BREAD AND CACO E PEPI DIP!!!!!!!! OMG!!! We could not stop eating it!!! Oh, and a great wine list and drink menu ! The owner checks in on you several times, to make sure you are doing OK, so what else can you ask for???? Definitely get over there ASAP!!!
