Food was okay. They tried to pack a lot of flavor in but it didn't come together. It was very pricey. The online menus were outdated and more at the restaurant. On top of paying $16 for a glass of red wine with the pizza, there was another hidden service fee on top of that. It's a $100+ meal with each person having a couple of drinks and splitting a pizza with someone. Not worth it.

Unique and nostalgic setting, a novelty of a place that gives you an opportunity to sit and dine in a time long gone by. Food preparation and flavors are wonderfully and masterfully brought together!

Just enjoyed our first meal at Benzina. I would consider myself a "foodie" and can honestly say their pizza was amazing! It's like the pizza I remember having in Italy. A friend recommended it and I wholeheartedly agree. The best pizza! Other dishes looked great also. I'll have to try them although I may just want their pizza again. Definitely worth going. You'll pay more than most other pizza restaurants but probably worth it.

One of my favorite restaurants in Denver! The only thing that would make it better is if the chocolate tart returned!

We were very pleased with our experience at Benzina! My husband comes from a long line of family-owned restaurants, so he knows how hard a build-out like Benzina can be. The space itself is awesome and Kitschy, but done in a classy way. We started out with the arancini (very authentic), moving along to the Caesar that was done perfectly. We also had the spicy sopressata pizza, as well as the pork chop-both fabulous. Maybe the best pizza we have had in Denver. We ended with the chocolate cake which wasn’t the best, but everything else overshadowed that. Will definitely be returning. ? ?

Best pizza I have had in America. Tastes just like pizza in Italy. It was so good I ate 3 of them. Get the Margherita D.O.

Rated an overall 5 because the food was awesome. The Burrata, pasta, pizza and drinks were all 5's. The location is fine and is not really romantic but for a casual high quality meal or for a birthday gathering this place would be great.

Everything about this place is top notch. The food, feel, service and spot on. Great drinks. You pay for what you get and this place is not to be compared to your neighborhood pizza joint. A great treat for all ages.

Had a great night at Benzina. Food was excellent and service felt very personal. Fresh ingredients really stood out. The plate presentation was also very impressive. 5 star experience.

The service was excellent, the food and drink was first rate. Free options are truly exceptional. A very interesting and varied menu. They have a huge selection of cocktails and alcoholic beverages. Their menu is very interesting and we enjoyed everything about the experience. And we had a lovely visit with the owner as well. I'm very glad we tried it and looking forward to the next opportunity to have a meal there. An especially wonderful place to take out of town guests or to meet friends for a lovely dining experience.

We had a great night. Food was delicious. Our server was awesome. She was the highlight. She seemed to be hustling and happy compared to the other servers. Fun space. Can't wait to come back. Side note: it would be so great to create a wall from Colfax for the outdoor experience. I've had several conversations with friends to bring kids around happy hour for non winter dinners but the view of Colfax is a dealbreaker. Anywho, I know you can't please everyone. This is my 2 cents. Space is great. Food is incredible. Well designed. Of course it is bc it was by Semple Brown.

One of our favorites. The food is always good - I don't particularly care for mushrooms but I always order the mushroom pizza - it's divine). The cocktails are outstanding. The owner and staff are super genial. Get the clam pizza if it's available. And the gluten free pizza dough is very good!

I don't understand why ratings are so high. We had a different menu. Not much on it. I think it was one page. The rest of it was alcohol ...multiple pages. Pizza was substandard. I think it's just one of those bougie places to waste
