We were staying at the Sheraton Downtown and noticed this beautiful cocktail bar when checking in, so we made reservations to try it one evening. Service was great and their cocktail list is quite interesting, unique, and seasonal. It’s fall right now and the cocktails they were featuring had fall flavors (maple, pumpkin, etc). Those who got them enjoyed the style in which they were prepared, as well as the flavors. I opted for regular martinis and those were spot-on. The vibe is nice, casual and laidback, and slightly modern. Service was great too. Definitely would recommend stopping in!

Bezel is a great spot right on 16th Street with plenty of space for people-watching. The atmosphere was perfect, with music that added to the vibe without being overwhelming, and we could easily have a conversation without raising our voices.
We tried a few of the appetizers, and the food was solid: tasty, not overly expensive, and nicely portioned for sharing. Drinks were good overall, with well-made cocktails and a wine list that offered some nice options.
The restaurant sits inside the Sheraton Hotel, so there are a few other bars and dining options right by the entrance, which makes it feel lively.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and stylish place for a casual evening out, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

The area around the restaurant is under construction which makes entering difficult. The smell was terrible outside, like sewage. The wait for 2 waters took a while when we were one of about 4 or 5 tables in the whole restaurant and we ultimately decided they didn't have enough menu choices for dinner so we left.

BEZEL offers a break from the hustle and bustle that is the Sheraton Downtown in Denver.
It has a great wine list, a well stocked bar, and the staff are great.
I stopped in for an Irish Whiskey night cap while working in Denver recently and Lucas the bartender looked after me with a delicious drop from Two Stacks, their Single Grain Double Barrel.
Tastefully served over a classily stamped transparent ice cube it was the perfect end to a great day.

I have been here a few times and it has never been disappointing, their service is great! The cocktails are also very good.
My girls and I came in after a gala and had such an amazing espresso martini. I don’t remember the name of the drink but we had an elderflower drink that was pink and delicious. Gavin & Sage were very helpful and welcoming, they are delightful and we will be back because of their amazing service and cocktails! The ambiance was just right and we even hit it off with a few strangers, the vibes are perfect.

I met my friend for Happy Hour and it couldn't have been better! Excellent wine & cocktails and we shared two appetizers: the Beet appetizer & Miso Salmon. YUM! Our server was attentive and made the experience even better! Highly recommend

Beautiful bar on the far side of the Sheraton lobby. Good service and some surprisingly amazing deals on bottles of wine, it could be a limited time thing. The food while solid in taste and creativity, was pretty expensive for the small tapas size portions. Good service, very attentive to water refills.
