I stopped in for an Irish Whiskey night cap while working in Denver recently and Lucas the bartender looked after me with a delicious drop from Two Stacks, their Single Grain Double Barrel.
Tastefully served over a classily stamped transparent ice cube it was the perfect end to a great day.

My girls and I came in after a gala and had such an amazing espresso martini. I don’t remember the name of the drink but we had an elderflower drink that was pink and delicious. Gavin & Sage were very helpful and welcoming, they are delightful and we will be back because of their amazing service and cocktails! The ambiance was just right and we even hit it off with a few strangers, the vibes are perfect.

I met my friend for Happy Hour and it couldn't have been better! Excellent wine & cocktails and we shared two appetizers: the Beet appetizer & Miso Salmon. YUM! Our server was attentive and made the experience even better! Highly recommend

Beautiful bar on the far side of the Sheraton lobby. Good service and some surprisingly amazing deals on bottles of wine, it could be a limited time thing. The food while solid in taste and creativity, was pretty expensive for the small tapas size portions. Good service, very attentive to water refills.

Gavin was a very attentive server! We came for the Denver Restaurant Week special but the star of the evening was the Colorado Native Porter Chocolate Cheesecake. Definitely get that!

The food during restaurant week was horrible. The lamb chops were cold, the cake tasted like something from a frozen food aisle in the grocery store, and the drinks were watered down. I honestly felt scammed. It's like they wanted to participate in Denver Restaurant week but not really. The atmosphere and service were great, though!
The drinks were some of the best I've ever had. Stud Duck and their special barrel aged brown butter washed laws rye. Food was very good.

Bezel is a place you MUST visit! We came in on a weeknight and there were only a couple tables seated. We were greeted by a friendly server named Jamie and we chose to sit in a big comfy booth. Everything was amazing! We didn’t feel like alcohol and she recommended the two spirit-free drinks on the menu (a matcha drink and a lemonade with lavender drink). I hate lavender but the lemonade was outstanding as was the matcha drink. We had the truffle grilled cheese, brussel sprouts and more. All the flavors came together so well. Even the desserts were outstanding! (By the time we left there were a lot more tables seated which was great) GO! TO! BEZEL!

3.5/5 - came here and it was good. Staff were very friendly and I liked the decor a lot. Drinks are solidly overpriced and food is vastly overpriced in my opinion so I don’t see myself coming back. Still, did the job and was fun to visit!
