Ordered takeout from this place on a whim, and wow! Everything was DELICIOUS. I tried the spicy chicken, steak quesadilla, and the chorizo/cheese/eggs. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Best empanadas I’ve ever had! Sauces were wonderful. Selection was wonderful, and staff was greatly pleasant.

Based on the reviews, Lazo Empanadas is a great choice for a quick bite to eat. The dough is crispy/flaky with a thin chewy inside, described as the best in DEN. The filling is good, with options like beef, spicy beef, bbq, steak, ham and cheese, spicy chicken, spicy beef steak, and spinach and cheese. The Nutella and banana empanada is a great way to finish your meal, and the dessert options are amazing. Staff is super friendly and super helpful, making customers feel welcome. The chimichurri sauce is flavorful. Empanadas are small but very delicious. The restaurant is a bit pricey. A large catering order was a HUGE hit, packaged amazing and labeled nicely.
