Muy delicioso! You have to try these amazing fresh empanadas. We had steak, spicy beef and spicy chicken with chimichuri. The service is on point. There is indoor or outdoor seating. A very quaint and quite little place. The ambiance is energetic, invigorating, lively but quiet but full of life and peace. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
Suchhhhhh good empanadas here, and they have various options to try. Just off of 16th St Mall, near Noodles. Definitely give them a try — great lunch deals for like $10-$12. Few stools to dine in, but was under renovation last I went a few months ago, so plan to eat elsewhere if full.

Based on the reviews, Lazo Empanadas is a great choice for a quick bite to eat. The dough is crispy/flaky with a thin chewy inside, described as the best in DEN. The filling is good, with options like beef, spicy beef, bbq, steak, ham and cheese, spicy chicken, spicy beef steak, and spinach and cheese. The Nutella and banana empanada is a great way to finish your meal, and the dessert options are amazing. Staff is super friendly and super helpful, making customers feel welcome. The chimichurri sauce is flavorful. Empanadas are small but very delicious. The restaurant is a bit pricey. A large catering order was a HUGE hit, packaged amazing and labeled nicely.
