I ordered through Door Dash so I can't speak to service and atmosphere. The reviews there were decent so I expected more from the food. I ordered chicken, coconut shrimp, ric and Mac salad, should be easy. Got beef, not chicken (which seems to be a common issue so someone in the kitchen doesn't know their meats). The coconut shrimp was good, as was the Hawaiian BBQ sauce. The mac salad was also good. The steamed rice? This was awful. It tasted like I was eating spoonfuls of salt. The beef was no different. Couldn't even taste the meat, just salt. So if you like salt as your main dish, go for it. Not for me.

Comes with a lot of rice and not much actual meat.

If you’ve had Mo Bettahs or Hawaiian Bros, you would agree with me. While this place has the flavor right—the most important part falls super short of being tasty… the chicken! It’s dry. Won’t be giving a second visit.
Also, it’s not a resto. It’s a place of other restos cooking what I imagine is a big kitchen? You pickup your food in a locker (like Amazon lockers) after scanning in to check in. Could be confusing to some.

They should mention their chicken is all dark meat. For $20 a plate…. Don’t recommend. YUCK
The concept of Hawai’i is there with the rice, Mac salad, and meat served in a platter.
Ordered the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken Plate. Plenty of food. They had a buy one get one free on Uber Eats so we ordered from here. The food was really good, wish the sauce was actually spicy but still good.
Would order from here again.

Visiting from out of town for a conference and I ordered via Uber Eats. The Hawaiian Impossible plate was good, however I was missing my French fries for my combo (additional $8 for fries).
This place should be ashamed of calling itself Hawaiian bbq. So many other better and cheaper options. Not even close to a plate lunch lol good try tho

Very good
It's a ghost kitchen restaurant, which doesn't endear much room for benefit of the doubt like a local restaurant might. My notification that food was ready was met with a "Order delayed" message on the pick up screen, which I assume was done to make their order times not look bad through the delivery apps that most people would use, and seems like it shifts the blame for slow delivery onto the drivers because people ordering through doordash or uber eats will see their food marked as ready for pickup then a driver just sitting at the place for another 20 minutes because the food isn't actually ready.
Portion sizes were pretty good, but the food was not great for the cost. BBQ chicken was decent, but the fried chicken was very underwhelming.
They did also forget an ordered appetizer

Food was pretty decent, I would recommend the beef/steak. The mac salad was alright.
But pretty disappointing they didn’t have any spam items. What type of Hawaiian place doesn’t have any spam options?

Food well seasoned, portions on point, protein was tender, sauce was the perfect amount of tangy semi sweet heat. How do I invest in this place?!

Great Hawaiian food. The spicy chicken was so dank. The rice and chili pineapple sides were great too.

1st time ordering from this place and the food was alright. Mac salad tasted a little weird. They need to give more rice. It looked like it was half a scoop of rice.
