40 minute pizza has taken 11/2 hours so far. Still no pizza. When I called it was clear that my pizza was never made. If I’m going to spend over 20 bucks on a mediocre pizza, it better show up on time. No longer my problem because I won’t be doing business at Blackjack pizza, ever. Would be nice if someone who answered the phone could understand English as well, again no longer my problem

I don’t know if it was the employees working today but they didn’t wear gloves and they kept their work stations dirty. Not only that I had to wait over an hour and wasn’t compensated while others who waited half the time that I did got free things. Food also tasted bad, I would of rather eaten a dollar store pizza than what I just ate.

Waited an hour and a half for three pizzas. One was messed up. We watched as door dashers walked in after us and got free pizzas and drinks to make up for the wait when we didn't.

This Blackjack Pizza is hands down the best in all of Colorado! They are the most caring, with outstanding customer service that truly sets them apart. Every time I come here, it’s 10/10 quality—even if it takes a few extra minutes, it’s always worth it. A special shoutout to Ali, who took care of us and made the experience even better.
They’ve also got a few secret menu items like the Shahi Paneer Pizza, Chicken Tikka Pizza (which I ordered), and the Achari Cheese Pizza. Let me tell you, the thin-crust Chicken Tikka Pizza was a solid 12/10! It was loaded with toppings—no crust, just toppings all the way through. The flavor was incredible, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice.
I also had their deep-dish pizza with Halal chicken and pepperoni, and it was just as amazing! It was super cheesy, had the perfect crisp, and truly felt like a premium pizza experience.
On top of that, they’re always offering great deals, making it pretty affordable too. Highly recommend checking them out next time you’re even thinking about pizza!

I ordered pizza and salad online at 545pm, received a text stating that it would be ready in 15min. I arrived at 605pm, the order hadn’t been started as well as I was standing in line, next to be helped and was overlooked completely and the man behind the counter asked the man standing behind me if he had a pick up as if I were invisible. Once I was acknowledged they said that it would be another 10 minutes. I waited 10 real minutes outside, went back in and waited another 10 minutes. I watched the pizza sit in the box on the counter as the man who was making the salad for my order fill his water bottle, with absolutely no sense of urgency to even make the salad as I waited almost 45 minutes. I will continue to go to any other Blackjack pizza, except for the one on Parker rd. The food was good. The service was lacking

This blackjack is the best in Aurora they always have perfect food and incredible customer service, I go out my way to come here because they do a great job and they actually care. If you have to wait for your order it’s cause you’re waiting on quality.

They don't care about the customer. They barely answer the phone. They lie to you that they're closed because they're lazy. Most garbage pizza place I've ever ordered from. They honestly seem upset when you want to order pizza from them. Steer clear!!!!
I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and added chicken and tomatoes, but it showed up as just a pizza with chicken and tomatoes and missing everything else.

Im writing this as I sit here dont order from here poorly managed long line of customers waiting for their orders, i witnessed an employee not washing their hands after handling money then proceed to touch food. Placed an online order about 15-20 minutes until my order would be done, I arrive 25 minutes later and it's been 20 minutes since then and still havent received my order. This franchise needs a new owner I will NEVER come back here until then.
