Restaurant has a retro vibe of the previous diner. The salsa is delicious and fresh. Ordered fajitas and it was tasty, lots of onions and bell peppers. The dish served of the sides were a bit small, maybe use a bigger serving dish (I don't mean there was not enough food, the plate was to small and dripping on the side). It was my first time and plan on returning to try something else. The draft beer price was a bit high at $9.00 at dinner time, not sure if that's the...

Customer Service was pretty good however the prices make ya reconsider. Steak wasn't that great can tell it was frozen. Just an overall one time visit. After my experience, not be back.

I'm originally from Dallas, having moved to Denver 20 years ago. When I heard there was a Mexican food place named after my Texas' state flower, you bet I went to try the place out! What I didn't know was that it's a Denver institution... I have been irregularly a regular at Blue Bonnet for over 20 years now.
