Been coming here for years, daily when we lived around the corner. One of our favorite coffee shops and my wife says they have the best matcha - today it took 30 mins for us to get our coffees. Totally get new hires and busy days but they lost GREAT talent and it shows.

Blue Sparrow is one of my favorite coffee shops in Denver, hands down. I’m a big fan of the RiNo location in particular; the CBD Nitro Cold Brew is a personal favorite, as is the almond croissant. The staff provides excellent service every day and all of the time. If you’re a fan of a high-quality coffee shop, you should treat yourself to Blue Sparrow at least once.
super cute cafe and the staff was absolutely amazing! they were super friendly and very helpful especially since i was being so indecisive! and the brownie i got was insanely good. i just wish the machine they had gave better tipping options! i could only leave an incredibly small tip and when getting two small things, it only let me leave cents. options for 15-20% would be an easy fix that i hope they make cause their baristas definitely deserve it!

Just left, the barista working today at 4pm made me the best oat milk honey latte I've had since being in Denver. They were extremely nice and patient when I was deciding what I want. My partner got a soda water and he also thoroughly enjoyed his beverage. Thank you stranger!

Had the best dirty chai latte ever and then went back and ordered the same thing and they forgot the chai! I brought it up and the guy got defensive and said it was in there. I have been drinking these for 15 years. It wasn’t in there. Then the manager piped in and snarkily asked if I wanted it remade as he rolled his eyes. Not after that I do! I know, I know first world problems but if you’re paying for something, you should get what you pay for. I could have fought through their attitude and had them remake it so that’s on me. I just feel like they need better drink consistency and customer care.
