I had initially stopped at Improper City to work on my laptop but was starved and they didn't have any food available. The bartender directed me to The Walnut Room and I took the quick 2 min walk with no idea what to expect. It's small and has a local bar feel but their food is different than any bar food I've ever had. The food was very good. I was worried when it was a short menu, but everything was really tasty. Our group had almost one of everything on the menu and everyone thought it was very good. We had a large party but made reservations for the day after Thanksgiving, waited in the line and walked right in when it was our time. I loved the ambiance inside with the lights. I'd have loved if the lights didn't change and stayed on blue/purple. Other colors never made the tree look more...read full review
What a great little spot. Cool people great beer menu and golf in the back, what's not to like? Staff is awesome food is reasonably priced just a great place all around. Do yourself a favor stop in for lunch and see Denise
