Firstly, im obsessed with the ice here. I usually hate ice but I like that it’s big cubes that melt slowly. I was surprised by how good the coffee tasted, I got the Japanese coffee and it wasn’t acidic, had really lovely chocolatey notes. It’s open a little later than most coffee shops in the area and located in the lobby of what appears to be an apartment complex with the elevator/lounge. Service was great. Very clean.

The baristas at the Platte location are amazing! I love this team and I’ve never been let down with their drinks. Make sure to ask for a lunch card. Shout out to Daniel, Cisco Phoebe and Madi!

Great coffee, matcha and pastries!! Very reasonable tipping options too! Always looking forward to a flat white and an almond croissant at Blue Sparrow on a sunny Saturday morning😆
