the staff was very kind and generously covered the price of our sandwich when we had been waiting for a while. delicious bagels, the 5 cheese is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, I will think about it when i wake up every morning from now on. Brueggers satisfied me better than any man could, and i will be back.
Was not happy with my experience here. I wasn’t sure where to order as there were no signs in the front. So I asked the cashier (lady with red hair) to assist me & instead of professionally showing me where to order, she & a costumer continue to laugh at me. On top of that, wrong order. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Excellent for the price. Feels higher quality than Einsteins. I eat here all the time
This place sucks they up charged 5 dollars to add a small smear of cream cheese to a bagel and didn’t give us the hash brown side or the twice baked hash brown, also the bagels were very skimpy and under filled for a 60 dollar order on uber. Avoid this place also they don’t answer when you try to call.
AMAZING TRUE BAGELS (AND I'M FROM DENVER; NOT NEW YORK). AND THEY'RE ONLY $14.95 PER DOZEN. I have traveled for many years to NY, so I know what I'm talking about. REAL bagels (not FAKE Einstein's round bread- SERIOUSLY, STOP BUYING FAKE EINSTEINS ROUND BREAD) are boiled in water first before baking. This is a little more time consuming, but it achieves their chewy texture and shiny, golden crust by pre-gelatinizing the starch in the dough, locking in moisture and creating a thicker crust as well as flavor enhancement.
Rosenbergs Bagels (great as well) CHARGES $30.00 PER DOZEN. $30.00. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. LOOK AT MY ATTACHED PICTURE. $30.00 OR $3.00 EACH FOR BAGELS.
The recent price increase is a bit much ($12+ for a bagel sandwich and fruit). The bagels are good if you need your fix in a pinch but for the price-point and the quality of food and service, I would consider a different place to eat -- like you can get a sit-down experience for almost the same price right around the corner. I've come here for years and no shade to anyone working here that I've interacted with but feels like a simple overcharge because of the area and that's frustrating (it is what it is I guess). Also if the person at the register could tell folks to come up and pay after ordering (instead of customers not knowing what to do and waiting for their food before paying, hence holding up the line up) things would be a lot more efficient!
Came in for half a dozen bagels, and they are so good! The staff was friendly and helpful. The restroom was accessible and clean. Will gladly return!
Best bagels in Colorado! My mother in law in New Mexico makes us bring her a dozen every time we go visit her!
Rudest, trashiest people on the planet.
They were really nice and the farm bagel was AMAZING!! I came in for my girlfriends birthday for their bday deal but the app wouldn't work, the manager immediately came in and resolved the issue, i will be back here!

Best Birthday Bagel Breakfast Ever!!! Love their bagels. Wish we lived closer!
The staff were interacting with each other and swearing as they told stories….they acted inconvenienced to take my order. The person who took my order seemed like she was high. I asked for my sandwich to be open faced because I had tomato slices on top and this also seemed to confused her. She wrapped both slices individually! I asked if she had boxes and she said no. Again, I think she was high. I live close by so I took it home and when I got home and unwrapped the slices they were cold and there was hardly any cream cheese! They were really pitiful, see photo. Ugh!!! I rarely write reviews but when I told my daughter about this she said this store is know for bad service. Come on managers, train your staff and teach them how to provide good service!! It’s embarrassing how poorly our customer service is in the US. Rarely do I experience, prompt, friendly, competent service in restaurants and retail anymore. Our nation needs a wake up call.
I’ll try to give the manager some grace because it is Christmas Eve, but not only was my catering order NOT ready at the designated pick up time but he also did not give me everything I ordered in my catering order. I went to the house opened up my box and realized I had to go back, which made for a frustrating time because parking is tough there. I saw him working on his toaster so maybe that was causing him to be frazzled but definitely annoying. At least the food was DELICIOUS!

Order the office bundle. It claims to come with two everything bagels (and so on). Don't know we ended up with someone else's order but there were no everything and the rest were odd balls. Why state this is what you get and then send completely different ones?

Staff was so rude we didn't even stick around to order so can't comment about the food. Grew up 20 minutes outside of NYC in NJ and still had never been talked to so rudely. Oh well plenty of other places that do want my business.
