Went to go to the Larimer location however it was close we continued walking to this location. It was pretty busy while we were there. The location is inside what I believe is an office building. They have a few tables you can eat at inside. I ordered the Mexican bowl and a water which ended up being around 20$. A tad pricey but the chicken in the bowl was perfect. I didn't have one weird chicken piece. The bowl was very filling, and I left satisfied. A big perk here is that the food was ready in around two minutes. Only downside are the hours, quite limited but perfect for an office worker clientele. Also, it was beyond hot in this location. I was sweating I can't imagine how the workers felt with it being was warm. Overall 4/5 stars.

I had not been to the Granite Tower location since the venue in the walkway at Larimer Square closed. So nice to get back to Bubu!!Fresh, delicious made to order bowls! Their bowls are just awesome!I have had everyone of their bowls. It's hard to choose a favorite because they are all so good! Friendly staff here too - from Daniel down the line. And, what a venue!! Open, airy with great natural light and bright welcoming finishes. So glad Bubu is in Denver!Recommended!

This place is an amazing gem located in the heart of Denver's Granite Tower. Not only is the food fast, fresh, and delicious every time, but the crew behind the magic are wonderfully kind people and are always happy to treat their patrons like each and every one matters. A special shout-out to Dan for being the great orchestrator keeping the magic alive. This place is worth multiple visits. Still loving going through the menu items. The OG Colorado with steak is superb. Love that house dressing. Also get the Aloha poke bowl. That one is top notch.Thank you Dan, Bryce, and the rest of the Bubu crew. Keep up the phenomenal effort you put in every single day.

Busy during lunch, but the line moves very quickly. Healthy options for a quick, quality lunch that does not take too long. Perfect for grab and go. Pre selected options or make your own bowl allows for your choice of base (rice, salad, noodle) and then proteins and toppings. Sushi grade fish, steak, chicken and tofu. Excellent homemade dressing. The soy onion is awesome.

The food here is great -- fresh and tasty. I love that everything is completely customizable. This location is extremely busy during lunch time, so I probably wouldn't dine in. But it's good for grab and go.

Tainted steakGot the steak bowl and everyone at my office said my food smelled off.Got an infection i have never gotten before. A few days after. Got a salmon bowl before that was fine. The steal was cold and probably cooked the day before or something.Food safety issue with this place

A great selection of options for whatever you are in the mood for regardless of dietary restrictions. This location is right by my work making it easy and convenient for me to grab a quick bite. My only complaint is they can become easily backed-up due to online orders and with this location being quite popular, they also have customers waiting in line. They have a ton of options, but all of the items are cold, so keep that in mind when ordering your protein, as I think most people don’t expect cold chicken or steak with their bowl, but it isn’t really an issue it just doesn’t seem common for places like this to have cold protein when everything else is cold but it makes sense. It would be difficult due to the small kitchen area to be able to serve the protein warm. Other than that the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and are willing to take time out of their day to answer any questions you might have or give their opinion on a certain combination you might be curious to try. The bowl overall is delicious, while I was skeptical at first I’ll admit that it really is great and fresh. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to incorporate a healthy lunch into their diet. Delicious!

This place was definitely bustling, you can tell it's a popular spot for corporate workers in the area. The service was prompt and friendly, the ambiance is loud but could probably enjoy yourself in one of the corner tables. Otherwise it looks mostly like a grab and go spot.I got the Aloha Poke bowl with brown rice and tuna. It has little to no flavor, unfortunately. I kept adding soy sauce and sriracha to taste something, but it was still bland. The sauce it comes with is super oily and flavorless too...not sure what happened there.I'm sure stuff is good on the menu, otherwise it wouldn't be so popular. But the bowl I got needs a lot of help for $18.

Pretty tasty and convenient. If you’re looking for a healthy and decently affordable lunch downtown, Bubu is your spot. Not five starts just because the food lacks a little flavor from time to time.

The only reason I said maybe I will recommend this spot is because of their hours. Most of the time never stays open until whatever the sign says. Or whatever the sign says they should be open. Otherwise, I like their food. On my daily walk I would actually stop if they're open. The place is awesome. Well lit. Clean. Fast and courteous service. The bowls are tasty. I chose one that's already pre- decided. Since I was new to them. I loVe the seaweed incorporated in the dish. But they have to be consistent with their hours!

Fresh ingredients and really delicious dressing options. Also want to give a shoutout to the staff at Bubu. They're always so kind and make an effort to refer to you by name. Props to them for going the extra mile, even when they're short staffed.

Bubu is the best lunch spot in Denver. Troy Guard puts exceptional ingredients and combinations at a very accessible price point and we all benefit. Love this place. Ive had Thai + noodles + tofu more than 50 times and love it.
