I had not been to the Granite Tower location since the venue in the walkway at Larimer Square closed. So nice to get back to Bubu!!Fresh, delicious made to order bowls! Their bowls are just awesome!I have had everyone of their bowls. It's hard to choose a favorite because they are all so good! Friendly staff here too - from Daniel down the line. And, what a venue!! Open, airy with great natural light and bright welcoming finishes. So glad Bubu is in Denver!Recommended!
This place is an amazing gem located in the heart of Denver's Granite Tower. Not only is the food fast, fresh, and delicious every time, but the crew behind the magic are wonderfully kind people and are always happy to treat their patrons like each and every one matters. A special shout-out to Dan for being the great orchestrator keeping the magic alive. This place is worth multiple visits. Still loving going through the menu items. Went to go to the Larimer location however it was close we continued walking to this location. It was pretty busy while we were there. The location is inside what I believe is an office building. They have a few tables you can eat at inside. I ordered the Mexican bowl and a water which ended up being around 20$. A tad pricey but the chicken in the bowl was perfect.
