We celebrated our anniversary tonight at the Buckhorn Exchange in Denver and had a wonderful time. My husband had the tenderloin, small portion (which was anything but small). It was cooked exactly to his liking. I ordered my grilled salmon 'cooked no more than medium rare' and it, too was perfect. We absolutely loved our experience in the buckhorn. You could tell how professional they are and how good they know their job. Will definitely keep that place in mind for years from now.
