I never rate fast food places, because, well, you know what you are getting. However, I do feel a need to mention this Burger King. They messed up my last order (I have few options at lunch), so today I specifically asked the cashier if my order was correct. It was not. I said no cheese, there was cheese and I did not order onion rings. Then, another employee came over and the cashier told her she needs a double with no cheese. So, the employee ran over, ran back, said, "here, double, no cheese". The cashier put in the bag, handed it to me and I drove off confidently, too confidently. I arrived back at work and it was not a double with no cheese. Maybe next time I will ask for a team meeting on my order.

I have to say I never have good luck at Burger King's but this one was great. We were in and out in under two minutes and the staff was very nice. Our food was also fresh and hot.

Stopped by on a Friday night at 11:20pm and were told they're closed. If so, they need to update their website to reflect this. This is the second negative experience I've had at a burger king recently so it's extra disappointing. I will not go to one again when hungry.

Love the ham & egg breakfast croissants... they're the best!

These people are so slow! They like to make you wait to order in the drive threw

Is this Burger King even open? There's literally never any workers in there to help you. Not even when going to the drive thru.

Had to return my ENTIRE order. Chicken sandwich was dry poppers were under cooked. Ordered Onion rings (which were mixed with fries and old onion rings). I wasn't going to return to this location, but I spent $12 and NOTHING was edible. The manager was rude and only returned $8.26 out of $12 because I had drank half of the drink. I drove for 10 mins before realizing ALL of the food was HORRIBLE. I wish I would've took a picture. I believe they took m, meal outta of the trash

Burger King is one my favorite fastfood Restaurants to dine in, order for takeout or go through the drive thru. This pacific restaurant at this location has always been one Burger King's best until yesterday when they messed up on one of my orders that was suppose to be a two Bacon Cheeseburger, small fries, and two small drinks, but there wasn't any bacon the burgers, plus I had the two Whoper Jr with two fries and a small drink with hardly can't ice in any of the drinks. Now waking up this morning me and my other half were doing great until this afternoon when first my partner started getting stomach cramps really bad for like 18 minutes where he couldn't sit or stand up straight then got started having gas really bad and then a few minutes later I started having gas also really bad. We know it was from the food at this restaurant, especially knowing that was the last meal I had since yesterday. I'm giving 3⭐⭐⭐ out of 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with 2 thumbs down.

I don’t give bad reviews.... you can check my review history. But with that said this place is just no good, even for the expectations I had going to a city fast food joint. Disregard the “open 24 hours” sign first and foremost. I placed a mobile order at 10:38 pm and it came back on the app that the food was definitely being made, and I could pick it up when ready. I arrived at the restaurant drive through around 10:50 and it was dark save for the kitchen and that “Open 24 Hours” sign. I pulled up to the speaker out of curiosity, and to my surprise a voice said that they were “closed”. I asked if I could pick up the order I placed, and the person on the other end said it wouldn’t be ready until the following day. The line cut after that. No specific pickup timeframe, no explanation for the closure, no blaming the issue on the app, absolutely nothing besides a blatant show of laziness. How’s that for customer service? Shoot, they could’ve at least tried to fool me with some bogus story about a broken app or something. But no, the 24 hour restaurant was apparently closed. There were clearly multiple people inside getting paid to do whatever it was they were doing. I saw them turn away two other patrons in the short time I was there, so I know it wasn’t a mobile order issue. Two stars only because Burger King’s corporate mobile support issued me a very prompt refund upon my request, and was sincere about righting the issue. I’ve never had problems with other Burger Kings, so this store must just have a very lenient or lazy management staff. Stay away!

I love me some Burger King but the burgers always cold fish always cold chicken if you don't get that at 10 in the morning you are out of luck everything going to be cold

This is the worst Burger King ever ! At least at night ! The night workers are never there really the sign says opened 24 hours and the lights are turned off and not a soul in site . I got in contact with an employee From there one time be she claimed that at night they take breaks and turn off the lights which is understandable. But their break times must be hours and hours and they open for like 15 mins and go back to break . Worst ever !

Slow , waited at order kiosk for over 5 minutes before anyone took order. Also sign said you have spicy nuggets and cashier said they don't have anymore

So you been to one Burger King, you probably been to them all? Most of the time, I would agree but sometimes you can find the silver lining in situations. While I wasn't a big fan of this location, it has a perfect location. To start there is a drive-thru and with this being on the corner of a major intersection in Denver, it can only help customers. It is located on the Southwest corner of Colfax and Kalamath across from Auraria Campus. There are 2 drive-thru spots. Getting into the drive-thru is easy as you can access it from Colfax (eastbound) or Kalamath (typically southbound). Due to its location, sadly I have been disappointed by the amount of trash I seen around the premises. There is a lot of transient people in the area too. My last three visits was someone living in a van in the backside of the parking lot near a laundry service business. There use to be a Starbucks and a Subway in the small strip mall next to this Burger King, but it is boarded up now. It is sad to see this place in such dire need when at one time it was an enjoyable and pleasing place to visit. When I visit here, it is typically for Breakfast. I believe this location is open 24-7 but I have never been here before 7am or late either. Breakfast is served by 10:30am but I wouldn't push the timing either. I enjoy the egg and cheese Croissan'wich the most. I like their round potato hashbrowns and I really love their milk chocolate. There is an upcharge for ordering milk chocolate. I typically order an extra 3 of them. I don't drink soda much and I loathe coffee, so not many other options. I also enjoy their junior breakfast burrito. I don't eat a lot of meat, especially in the morning. This can make things difficult because I have to double check my order to confirm it is accurate. So many times it has not been and I have been vocal about this at many places. I also wish they would cut back on the waste here too. I always request NO NAPKINS! It truly is wasteful and I find it completely unnecessary. If you are curious, keep track for a week or two (depending on how often you eat out) of all the napkins and extras you get. I have and was shocked to see the amount of waste. I decided to give this place 4 stars though because I truly believe the employees are trying. My last visit there I went to use an eGift card I received and it wouldn't work. I even gave them my phone to see the email but it was giving them a hard time. I went to pay for it but the gentleman told me not to worry about it and gave me my meal for free. Now I have received complimentary items from places in the past, but never a full meal for free. I was taken back by this big gesture and felt it needed to be shared. Kindness comes in all forms.

Crash Wrecked

Gone here for breakfast two times now. Both times I sat in the drive through for 10min without anyone taking my order. The staff should be fired.
