I always go here for a coffee and sandwich for lunch. Sandwich bread is toasted and yummy, I like to get either the tuna or turkey sandwich which always comes with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. Coffee is usually pretty good too! Best part is that I can eat lunch on campus for less than ten bucks ?
Nice breakfast and lunch spot inside the Xcel Energy building at 1800 Larimer. It is located in the lobby area of the building and it is a convenient lunch spot for office employees around the area. I really enjoy the breakfast burrito/wrap that Intermission has to offer. You can get your warp with chipotle sauce or green chilli; they are both delicious! I was ecstatic to find this place is now finally open after Covid. I cannot stress this enough, Intermission Cafe is my favorite lunch spot in downtown Denver. I've consistently received fresh food and excellent service here. If you're like me and crave a juicy burger, fries, and a drink first thing in the morning, this is the place for you. I would eat here everyday if I could!
