Stopped in to grab the grands a bite before heading home. The food was prepared as requested. I do have a picky eater. The fries were hot. They ran out of churros this visit.

Kid-friendliness: They allowed my grandson to order his food and they patiently waited for him to finish his order. They spoke directly to him.

I really hate to give a low rating, especially with fast food, because I know what a crappy job it can be sometimes dealing with customers, and not everybody likes customer service.

However, this particular Burger King has consistently poor. This review is actually of the last 3 times I've tried to go.

The first time I went was a couple weeks ago. The line for the drive-through seemed really long and we had ordered through the mobile...

The atmosphere is renovated, and I like how it looks. However, the service is not very good, as they got my order wrong. I asked for the new Spicy Chicken Burger and Whooper without bacon, yet they put bacon. They redone the order with no bacon. The Whopper didn't taste like real meat, but the chicken tasted good.
