To be straightforward the lady in the drive thru is completely rude and I honestly think she shouldn’t be working at this establishment or any fast food establishment. She seems easily distracted and when you try to have her attention she gets snappy. lol it’s almost comical if it weren’t for me being hungry. Oh well guess the person in charge doesn’t care because reading the reviews seems like it’s a constant problem.

I went in the drive through ordered and was told very rudly to drive forward without telling me how much my food would cast ! So I pulled forward to the first window which was open because that is where I have paid before ! Sat there waiting for someone to come take my money then I saw someone waving for me to go to the pickup window which I did ! As I pulled up I said sorry I thought I was paying at the first window the young lady rolled her eye ay me and said what it would cost without saying anything else even after I said sorry !! Then she took my card and basically threw my food at me ran my card gave it back to me and walked away without saying a word ! She was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at this burger King! I live 2 blocks away when I got home and opened my burger it was cold to the touch ! So I tried several times to call them and every time it went to messaging so I left a message and never heard back from them!!!!!!!! I have been going to this spot for over 40 years and have always been treated very well !! After this visit I WILL NEVER GO BACK ! oi also tired to contact corporate but couldn't contact them either !! Bye bye burger king

Worst drive thru experience I have ever had. When we were ordering at drive thru the girl kept rushing and kept asking “is that all, is that all?” Without letting us get a word in. We pull to the window with a coupon and as soon as my boyfriend hands it to her she scoffs and says “ok you need to tell me you’re using a coupon before you come to the window” I asked her why is she being rude and she gave us back our coupon and said we could go around to the drive thru again because she wasn’t going to take it. I couldn’t BELIEVE she was talking to us like that. BYE, never coming here again. That girl needs some help and needs to find a new job.

First of all BK is my first fast food choice. This location has constantly let me down. I am charged extra for things I either ask for and don't get, or some completely random charge. I got my receipt today, but I've made sure to ask every other time, and they always forget. With the price of food nowadays, if we ask for something that we pay for we better get it. If we dont ask for something and we get EXTRA that's a major problem. I've had this happen before here and noticed other people seem to have the same issue. If you choose to go to this location, check your food and receipt before you leave.If you manage these employees, as a manager, you need to take a deep breath and realize that the numbers are only going to continue to drop because of all the mess ups you all are making. People having bad experiences because of adding stuff onto orders will only make the numbers drop even more later on. Make each experience count.

The most rude experience I've ever had in a fast food establishment. When I asked her a question about the new tots she rolled her eyes & then kept mean mugging, as to get out so she could clean our table.Wow, so rude! Like why even work in hospitality!? Will never come back to this restaurant.

Great experience at this Burger King. Food was great and at this location the ketchup dispenser is available! The cleanliness of the restaurant could've been better but overall it was great!

This is typical low grade fast food.Shrinkflation has hit their Whopper Junior Burgers.They are substantially smaller than they were three years ago.I ate here tonight and didn't get digestive upset.I had chose not to eat here for about three months, because last time I ate there it made my stomach sick.It is sustenance food; not nourishing food.I do enjoy their fries.Service was decent - employees were pleasant tonight.I have been in their drive thru in the past when the employees have made a mistake with my order and payment - then they told me I had to park my car, and go inside the restaurant to get them to correct their mistake.Needless to say this was shocking.In my experience - the quality of customer service is dependent on the work ethics and attitudes of the employees working any particular shift.Parking: There is only one handicapped parking space.The parking lot can at times get crowded - because of its size and location on a busy corner.The drive thru can back up and create traffic jams in the parking lot.
