I might butcher spelling her name but elisia and her night crew got to be TOP TEN in ALL of BK history, I asked for everything fresh and it’s pretty damn late she was willing to do it not only that but her customer service skills were fire she asked me if allegedly I wanted extra sauced and a free drinks I happily took up her request (disclaimer I only say allegedly so money hungry managers don’t see that and get angry with her)
Took forever to order more than 4 minutes and asked for fresh fries got old cold wrinkly dry fries - burger was cold and appeared as those it was not fresh.
It's better than McDonald's, at least they sometimes serve food that's hot or fresh, unlike McDonald's who serves lousy cold old stale food at every location I've ever been to
