Café Gío, also known as The Ponti, is a popular spot for business lunches and gatherings with friends. The staff is kind, attentive, and familiar, providing excellent service. The menu offers a range of delicious dishes, such as shrimp and grits, green chili with egg, espresso martini, broccolini, asparagus, and "half cav" lamb cavatelli. The shrimp and grits have a creamier texture than traditional Southern grits, while the green chili is hearty and filled with pork and potatoes. The deep-fried pickled onions are a notable mention. Despite some expecting a tortilla with the green chili, the dish is still exceptional.
