underwhelming but a place that people seem to love. this place is packed when I stopped by, but I don't think anything on the menu really stands out, basic matcha drinks, bagel, muffins and lunch/breakfast items but I just felt it was ok, like better than what you can get from the grocery store but underwhelming for a bakery or cafe.

Decent bagels. Inconsistent from visit to visit, everything from the bagel texture to portion size. I order the same thing every time—a Royal Palm and a plain bagel with their seasonal schmear. I think the schmear costs $1.35 or so. Sometimes I get $4 worth of schmear and other times I get $.10 cents of schmear. Royal Palm is usually abundant with fresh toppings and other times it’s a lot of schmear with a hodgepodge of toppings that are hard to discern.

My iced latte this morning was just under $7. Mostly ice, and served in a cup suitable for a toddler to sip juice from. The coffee is good, but it is not $7 for a small good. My sandwich, plain bagel and latte came out to just under $30. They also prompt you to tip them for ordering online which is ABSURD to me especially considering the price point of their menu items. Why are we expected to tip on an order I placed, paid for and picked up myself? At $30 for a one man breakfast, they better be paying the employees a livable wage.

Service is generally friendly, albeit slow if you order at the register. They get inundated with online and DoorDash orders and it doesn’t seem they prioritize the folks who show up to enjoy a quick bite. I admittedly order online on my way there to avoid this problem. The place is clean. It gets very busy in the morning and parking is a real PITA so come early or walk.

Anyways. I will continue to visit occasionally and hope that they make some improvements. I very much prefer Moe’s and while both are out of the way for me, CYM is about 9 more minutes one way for me.

The service was great and friendly. Very busy, but definitely not a long wait. The bagel sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Recommend this restaurant for breakfast. By the way the babka desserts look delicious too. Returned May, 2026 for Mother's Day. Delicious, friendly! Simply the best!!!!!❤

i wish they would fix all their vibrating machinery because the building next to them is 50% empty from all the shaking and i haven't slept well for two years and have tinnitus in both ears from the vibrations in the ground caused by them

I super love this place and the workers there are the salt of the Earth. They’re amazing really miss the horizon sandwich I used to come here all the time. I really miss that one. It’s time to bring it back so vegans have more choice and you get more business.🥰🌹

Delicious Bagels. My hubby loves the white fish. I loved the raisin bagel with pumpkin or strawberry cream cheese

When there's a bigger order, they never ever ever deliver on time and they tell you 10 more minutes quit few times...horrible horrible horrible service especially that when they justify themselves that order is actually on time. While it's never ontime...especially that it's always an order was put in a day before for a time set in the next morning, instead of balancing between customers and bigger order, they neglect the bigger orders to push customers out which is totally wrong, because it's not just once or twice, it's every single time... I have spoken with my company so that we might change this
