As someone from New York, these are the only bagels in Denver that are even worth eating.

I bite into (and almost swallowed) and entire metal staple in my sandwich. I still haven’t received a call back from their customer service team after several days.

I normally love this place, but this experience has left me questioning their safety practices.

I really wanted to love this place, and was so excited to check out the new location in platt park near my house. The location and outdoor seating is very cute, as is all of the marketing. The flavor combos are very creative and I was excited about all of the options - especially the vegetarian ones! However, when I got my food the bagel itself tasted dry and almost stale and was barely toasted. To me, it tasted similar to a Costco bagel. The latke was soggy and so salty I couldn’t finish it. I will come back and give this place another try to see if I came on an off day, but was bummed at my initial experience.

Great bagels, I’ve had bagels in New York, DC etc. and this spot definitely is the best option in Denver by far. Good whitefish, solid shmear options. Don’t sleep on the black and white cookies.

Decent sandwich but I could easily replicate this at home for 1/3rd the price. Makes sense for convenience but nothing special food wise.

Being a transplant from the NYC area, I can confirm the bagels here are the REAL DEAL. Pissed it took me this long to discover CYM - will definitely be a regular from here on out!

SO happy this place opened up in our neighborhood. My go-to spot for a breakfast treat.

The existing 1-star review was from their soft launch week…where everything was provided for free as they set up their processes. Wouldn’t put too much weight on that. Who gives free food a 1 star review?

These bagels are industrial made and have the same texture as Einstein Brothers, meaning they aren’t boiled bagels. They’re basically bagel-shaped wonder bread. There’s no crunch or chew.

They don’t have regular cream cheese, it’s all weird bougie flavors. They also put the tiniest little portion on the bagel. What kind of a bagel “deli” doesn’t have lox cream cheese?

It seems like the owners of this place have never been to a real bagel place or a real deli.

Best bagel I’ve ever had in Denver! Very hard to hold a candle to east coast delis and this place does a great job. Used to think Rosenbergs was the best, but they have slid in quality as Call Your Mother has done the opposite. Platt Park, let’s go!
