Went into Capital One to take care of some business, and while there, I decided to grab a coffee on my way out. A honey lavender latte. Yummmm and the photo of the top of the coffee made my day. There was no waiting time, my logging issues were resolved almost immediately, and all my questions regarding my saving account and security concerns were answered promptly. The atmosphere and food are great and the staff was professional and eager to assist. Thank you Capital One for offering customers a creative way to provide assistance!
