Always the best service at this location! Gabriella and Virginia have treated me with respect at every interaction and that is a rare treat!! And I’m a bit of an expert on Biscuits and Gravy and they always have the best B&G in a 10 mile radius. Highly recommended!

Food was great however it seems like possibly some of them need to be retrained on how to handle promo codes. The app clearly has an option for them to scan a QR code and they kept insisting that it was impossible to do. Other locations have had zero issues with this. Perhaps it’s an issue with the app or something, not sure.
