Nancy the GM at Popeyes #12354 in Denver just handled a super rude and dishonest customer so well!! She listened to him and showed him that his credit card didn’t get processed but he kept making a scene. To appease him and serve the others she gave him free food when he didn’t deserve it to calm the man down. Way to go Nancy!!
The Popeyes chicken sandwich is quite nearly the perfect chicken sandwich. I go with the spicy mayo, but it's absolutely delicious either way. I can understand why people rioted when they first opened here

I made the mistake of ordering @ the wrong location via app. Nancy was so nice and accommodating after helping me figure out where the mistake was made she then prepared my order for me at no charge.
