Went here today and service was pretty bad. The person on the speaker asked us to repeat our order multiple times and still gave us the wrong drink. Took about 20 minutes too, even with just one car ahead of us.
Junior really does the job. It's my second time encountering him and he gives a service with a smile. He is the best among the different franchises I've been to.
He definitely needs to be recognized! He actually cares about what he Other ocassions, Marcos, Lina in the drive through was cheerful, helpful and humorous though they were so busy. It was different from all the other locations I've been to.
