Carl's is still the same place and menu as it was in.the 1970's. The neighbor has changed almost beyond identifying but Carl's remains the same. Great Pizza and an Old N. Denver feel..
Perfect place to escape the world, get some fantastic yet honest Italian eats..at an amazingly reasonable price, listen to some classic tunes from back in the day.. and this calzone is so intoxicating, I really need to get back to it!
Perfect. Perfect American Italian food. Great friendly service. Great atmosphere, transports me back to when restaurants weren’t chains or trying to be the next fanciest thing on the block. Great food, great setting for that food, with lovely people working there.
