The food here is absolutely delicious! However, the service can be inconsistent. Every time I visit, it sometimes feels like it’s everyone’s first day 🥴 staff may not notice you entering and continue with their tasks before acknowledging you. Lines can get long, often because the cook is also helping train the cashier on billing. Great food, but service could use a bit more polish.

Had the greens and grain bowl delivered. What a disappointment, everything was just thrown in the bowl willy-nilly and it tasted wet. The garlic dressing was way too thin. Cava don’t drop the ball now. You were doing so well.

Came here for lunch on Saturday. Several meals were piling up and left cold on the line rather than getting finished. The woman in the yellow headband was yelling at the employees the entire time and even at a child for leaving a juice box on the ledge.
The food was decent, though we didn’t stay to eat due to the hectic and loud atmosphere from the constant shouting.

This is the 5th time in a 2 month span that we have ordered lunch for pick up since I work couple blocks away and they always forgot something. Last time they forgot the Steak, in my Steak Bowl? Before that they forgot everyones pitas. 3rd time they forgot dressings. Now this time they forgot the pitas again! Seriously I know y'all are busy but come on. I usually walk back and get what they missed but I'm done.
