I am going to give this place a solid 4 star! It's like a Chipotle and a Mediterranean restaurant had a baby. Inside very open concept with plenty of seating inside and out. The service was just ok but what it lacked in service it made up for in food. I had a bowl which consisted of rice, mixed greens, lamb meatballs and shredded lamb complete with some of their humus and tzatziki along with a spicy dressing. Very solid choice and the lamb was delicious. This was the 1st time trying one of these places and I was very happy we did. I am only disappointed we don't live in the area because this would for sure be a new favorite. If you added a few more smiles, greeting and have a nice day I would give this place a 5 star. Will for sure be back and give it another try.

Starting with my admiration for Cava and my addiction to their grain bowls, I ventured to the Colorado Blvd location with high hopes. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. Despite paying extra for right rice, I received a disappointing portion due to what seemed like a lack of effort from the employee. The falafels also felt short as they were cold. The atmosphere was marred by the evident dissatisfaction of the staff, who appeared indifferent and unwelcoming. This overshadowed the overall dining experience, leaving a negative impression.

This was my 2nd time visiting cava and I was very impressed with the service! Zach made the ordering process seamless as he knew the menu well and made great suggestions for my children and me. I had the crispy falafel pita with feta. I paired my meal with the strawberry citrus juice and enjoyed the entire experience. I’ll be back again!
