This place is closed. We were told by the valet parking guys that it is no longer in business as of 7/26/18.

Got the whole family (3 kids it is like herding cats) to this place just to find out that they were closed, contrary to the information contained in this listing. The information in this directory listing should be accurate. How frustrating. I heard this place was good... Sucks we couldn't check it out.

Chaos & Cream came for a local fundraiser at my high school. They were so friendly and worked endlessly away without any complaints or attitude to any of their customers. The rolled ice-cream itself was very delicious! Everyone at the fundraiser loved it and kept them busy. We would love to have them work with us again!

The ice cream and service here is terrific. Even on a cold day, it's a great stop. The Fudgee Brownie Wednesdae and Double Red Velvet are my favorites, so indulging.

I'm impressed with the ice cream, the concept, and how quickly the staff prepared our order, I also love that they frequently are located at The Source. The whole trend is great and I really loved how many options they had to choose from! That said, I was really, really disappointed that not once, but twice, I followed the website as to where the pop up location would be and they were not there. We took time out of our night and drove to the location, only to find out two weeks in a row that the pop up was not at the location. It's really frustrating as a costumer, when the website is incorrect. I would suggest calling them before driving.

Chaos & Cream catered dessert at a wedding that I attended. YUMMO! I tried the Oreo mint and the strawberry basil. Both were equally amazing. It was also hypnotizing while watching the "cream crafters" whip everything up--what a forearm workout!

After seeing the place on TV we knew that the next time we went to Denver we were going to take our grandsons. Very different and welcomed! I had strawberry basil and it was simply amazing!

Love the cookies and cream! It's fun to watch, too. A little pricier than I expected, but a nice treat!

"Seriously so good!" The words that came out of my daughters mouth when she bit into her tasty treat. Such an awesome way to make ice cream. Very friendly guys and it really does taste soooo good.

Had the strawberry basil minus the basil and added some marshmallows. Ice cream itself was good. Service was a little slow... not too clear on where the line should be. I stood in the front at first with nobody greeting me. Saw that the guy taking order was helping out people to the left so I stood behind them just to have the guy totally ignore me and turn around to take orders from customers that just walked up to the front. So I went back to the front and was finally acknowledged. Flavors were limited to 4 different kinds that night and waited about 10 minutes for the ice cream to be made. Pretty yummy and beautiful to look at but nothing special, especially for the price.

My family and I are on vacation here for a week. I kept nagging my family to get rolled ice cream, so we finally gave in. We decided to go to chaos and cream, which was a great decision! It's hard to find, but worth the hunt! We ordered plain strawberry(no basil), Oreo, and salted caramel pretzel. They were all delicious!!! The strawberries were fresh and juicy and the salted caramel was both sweet and savory. There was a small line, but moved quick thanks to the fast staff. It's nice for younger kids as well, because they make it right in front of you. The staff is fun to watch and is super nice. Trust me, this place is great!!!

I'm not one to be compelled to try trendy things, Im not into unicorn lattes and things that are too trendy always seem so gimmicky, but this rolled ice cream trend has been on social media for a while and I'm obsessed! I've seen it on a lot of food videos on isntagram and facebook and I'm not going to lie... I love me some ice cream, it's a weakness. In fact, I recently went on an obsessive trek to find some... which is how I came across Chaos and Cream :) Note: Bring a friend, it is a good strategy for those that can never decide on just one flavor....bringing a friend can allow you to sample two completely different flavors. I was really hoping they had some tacos, but they ran out for the day ;(. I did however end up eating some cookies and cream and my friend ended up with the strawberry /basil combo. Both were delicious, but I appreciated the freshness of the basil in the strawberry mixture. I love the coldness of the ice cream and the intense work that goes into it. The method seems simple enough. They start off with a cup of cream and they dump that along with either a cookie or the strawberry, depending on your flavor selection, onto a surface that looks like it is chilled with frozen ice. The they chop, and spread the mixture until it is all flat and they then proceed to roll said mixture into ice cream rolls once completely chilled. Tastes JUST like regular ice cream but it is arguably colder. Yummy though... if you love ice cream, this is your spot! $6 bucks a pop is a bit steep but there is a lot of effort that goes into a cup, so it's almost worth it.... Its a fun way to spend a summer afternoon :) They are a food truck/moving set up - so check out their website for more deets. I found them at the Cherry Creek Summer Farmers market.
