I don't understand why everytime I order anything from here either somethings missing or just not right. First time I ordered a GF burger and by time I got to the window they said they didn't defrost them so they refunded me and gave me a wrap instead. 2nd time was off GH and they put the sandwich together sloppy, 3rd time I asked for GF and they gave me a reg sandwich. Thankfully I'm not allergic but if someone didn't know any better they could have done serious damage. The guy over the speaker couldn't even get my name right and was talking to his coworkers and we could hear him. What a messy chic fil a.

The food is decent but I rarely get my full order through the drive through. It's rarely worth driving back for a refund, but they've been cheerful when I do so, although even that can take a while if they're busy. At this point I try to talk the family out of ordering from here any more, and this latest episode is starting to sway them too.

Every time I come to this location I’m always missing items or wrong items sometimes they even forget to put the protein in the sandwich I’m never coming here again. Make sure you check your bag
I love Chick fille but I was disappointed! The staff did not clean up the tables, and the floors was mess. me and my husband every weekend have lunch in this place. Please the management make sure your staff do theirs jobs.
I’ve been coming to this Chick-fil-A location for the past 16 years since it’s the closest one to my workplace. Overall, I’ve always appreciated their service, but I want to share some feedback for others placing multiple orders. Please make sure to double-check your food before leaving the restaurant.
Several times when I ordered group orders, I’ve found items missing — such as fries, drinks or sauces — and today, one of my orders was short a sandwich (only 6 out of 7 were included). I understand lunchtime is their busiest time of day, and mistakes can happen, but it’s frustrating when you’ve waited over 10 minutes in the drive-thru and don’t have time to go back during your lunch break.
I hope this helps the staff pay a bit more attention to accuracy during busy hours.

Service was amazing
After screwing up my order 3x, she finally got it right! Would NOT recommend this location. A chicken,egg and cheese muffin...nothing else, and screwed it up 3x.
This particular store is slipping up... Past 3 orders I've been missing items or had the wrong nugget count from what I ordered

This is the worse chickfila I've been too. First time the customer service was beyond terrible, thought I was at a popeyes for a second. Never understood why people work retail jobs and have terrible rude attitudes to their customers.
