This is my favorite place to grab food from. I like to order online and pick up inside at the counter. I’m always greeted and never have to wait long. The best thing to get are the spicy chicken sandwiches and waffle fries. Thank you guys!

1/24/25 Drive through 6 pm waffle fries over fried like a potato chip. Sandwich was also not fresh lettuce tomato all not fresh.

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience

I usually expect top-notch customer service from Chick-fil-A, but my recent visit fell short of their usual standard. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, the interaction felt completely off. After giving my name, I placed my order as usual, but the employee’s responses were robotic and emotionless. Every “What else?” felt rushed, as if they were having a bad day—or worse, didn’t want to be there.

I understand that everyone can have an off day, but the lack of warmth and attentiveness didn’t match Chick-fil-A’s reputation. To top it off, I specifically requested extra Chick-fil-A sauce for my three orders, yet only received two packets in the bag. It’s a small detail, but it’s the kind of detail that usually sets Chick-fil-A apart.

Overall, this experience was disappointing. I hope this was just an isolated incident and not a sign of slipping standards, because I’ve come to expect so much more from them.

Breakfast foods aŕe definitely not what they used to be. I ordered a sausage and egg biscuit meal..no cheese...and of course..there was cheese....and this has happened almost every time. The biscuit was hard as a rock and the sausage was dry. If you havea big order during later hours be ready to have food missing. And customer service in the drive through is not what is use to be. Today the lady just handed me my food and walked away...not a thank you..my pleasure...have a good day...this location is far from what it used to be.

Idk why they have so many people working in there not doing anything. Seems like 3x the amount of employees over a normal chick fil a and took 3x longer

It feels like the CFA attitude isn’t thriving at this location. We dined in and the food was great, but we witnessed staff completely ignore an elderly man with a walker when we tried to wave a staff member down for a refill. About 10 staff members also ignored him as he struggled to push the doors open with his walker.

We went through the drive through here, and it was quite an experience! We were told we needed to park and wait for our food, which isn't a big deal. When it came out five minutes later they forgot the drinks so I had to go inside. I had to wait for about 3 minutes for someone to help me get my drinks. They offered me 2 free desert cards for the mistake. We got home, and I looked at the cards, and they expired like 5 months ago... Usually, chic fil a is an exceptional experience. This stood out as a pretty bad one.

This location used to be such a great location but the past couple times I've gone they've messed up my orders by either not paying attention to what I ordered or just forgetting the food. This most recent time I ordered a Market salad without blue cheese but instead got charged for extra blue cheese. Also ordered a frosted lemonade and discovered a hair in it. I have never had an issue with this location up until maybe a month ago. I go sometimes on my lunch for work and now it's just a headache to go because I'll have to get out and go in so they can fix there mistakes. Please do better!
