We stood at your hostess station yesterday for at least 10 minutes without so much as a GLANCE from your clearly overworked staff. I work in the restaurant industry. I get not having a hostess right there but to not have ANYONE acknowledge they saw new guests is unacceptable. At least say, 'hey, we'll be there soon, sorry about your wait'. Excellent Service!! Heather was very professional and made our night! Everything came out perfectly and on time in just 15-20 min as promised. Food was delicious. Made my birthday weekend even better, glad we chose this Chili's.

Amazing service! Sat us super quick, the food was amazing and the recommendations from the waitress were delish! I dont remember her name but she was so friendly wit our kids and made sure we were always good!
