So get this. I asked for a water cup and homeboy with the bun said “we’re out of water cups” I asked for a soda cup to get water and he said I had to buy the cup. So instead of just getting me a cup I can use for water, he refused. Not too smart. Not good service. It just would’ve been easier to be like “hey sorry we’re out of water cups here’s a soda cup” like cmon man. Do better, kid.

Everything was great and tasted amazing, bathroom was clean, and overall a good place to be. The only issue today was that the burritos were wrapped badly and fell apart very quickly but it was still very tasty nonetheless.Parking: The parking was right out front and was very available.Kid-friendliness: There is great kids food to pick from, definitely a good restaurant to go to if you have kids.

I’m a regular and I’m sure they’re aware but i just got my order cancelled with no explanation and have to wait 3-5 days for the refund to show up that’s not a solution or something to tell a paying loyal client so now I’m out $40 no explanation and no regret love that and I promise i wont ever be back or support a thing with chipotle you got me to quit.?

Don't place an app order because they'll cancel it. And when you call to see what's going on, as instructed to do so via a text they send when they cancel your order, they hang up on you. TWICE! Also, not the restaurants fault, but the chat with pepper feature is an absolute joke!
They give the tiniest portions. Why am I paying for these guys to give me a nonexistent portion of literally everything. Do not go here, go to a different one please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food is pretty decent,am not a big fan of Mexican food but it must taste very good to most.It's just that the prices there kinda sucks like a fountain drink costs 3$ and a steak quesadilla costs literally 10$!With 10$ I mind as well go to McDonald's and get a quarter pounder with medium fries and cook together or the nearby teriyaki restaurant that sells healthy sushi+ a drink for 10$ and the terieyaki chicken is healthier, way taster and the quantity of food in that big to go box justify it's price!A steak quesadilla at chipotle is slightly bigger than a quarter pounder but is charged double at 10$

Absolutely disgusting! Door dash delivered to me today, bowl came with no chicken in it - food was slipped together and cold! Chips are stale and the guacamole is old (stale) 2nd time I’ve ordered from this place with the same issue! Never again that’s for sure! You guys need to get it together- very disappointing! I’d post a picture of this slop, but it will not allow me.
