Ordered barbacoa tacos for delivery through uber eats. Unfortunately meal was ice cold by the time I received it. The portions were so small in comparison to when I go to the restaurant myself. Wish they packaged food better so it’s not always cold

I love Chipotle! They make it easy for people with food sensitivities to eat there with their online and in store lists of ingredients and separated ingredients. They use rice bran oil to fry, which isnt perfect but is, miles better than soy for me! I struggle with histamine intolerance, which means that grains, gluten, dairy, nightshades (potatoes. Tomatoes, peppers and eggplant) and soy all make me feel awful within 15-20 minutes of eating them. Chipotle is my go to place to eat out in Colorado. I wish they would build one in Goodland, KS, where I live now.

They gave me half scoops of everything I asked for but my partner who was right behind me got full scoops. I try to never leave bad reviews but that ticked me off. Why am I paying full price for half? I got the carne asada, that is not cheap, getting a half scoop was already annoying but then seeing them give a heaping scoop to my partner was infuriating.

My food was still HOT and guac super fresh by time I took it back to work. Staff super friendly, was greeted individually by every member on the line. That was refreshing. Love my local chipotle <3

I also placed a mobile order and it was not even close to being ready by the time I was give.

Ordered online and they sealed my empty soda cup inside bag. Make that make sense to me when I gotta tear it open to get my cup. Why even seal the bag at that point? 😂
