I don't know why I go to Chipotle anymore. They are all horrible now. Not joking my chips are stale 80% of the time I get them. My guacamole was darker and had that rancid taste like it was sitting out all day. I don't order steak anymore because they don't spend the time to cut the fat off properly or grill until it's rendered down. I used to spend thousands of dollars per year on Chipotle. This will be the only time I go in 2025. Reach out if you want tips on how to become a profitable business again.

I have earned a free meal and they wouldnât give me the side of tortilla with my bowl for free. I didnât bring my wallet because I had a free meal, the tortilla was 50 cents, instead of just giving it to me they threw it away. Also scraped bottom of brown rice pan so my whole bowl is hard rice. I spend $165 in âpointsâ for this?

I went to chipotle tonight around 6:40 PM. It was a Spanish-speaking lady who did not understand English and got my order wrong to the point where I was paying extra at the end my service because of her neglect & the fact that she couldnât understand what I was saying. The other workers that understood what I was saying, was trying to help her insist her however she was still getting it wrong because she did not understand which pissed me off because the workers that understood English didnât step in intervene enough for me in it and Iâm irritated.
