The service was a bit slow but they had just opened and prioritized cleaning the kitchen over serving the customers. Typically the guacamole is fresh but this day, it was definitely made quite a while ago as it was brown and didn’t have much of a green color anywhere in it. For as much as they charge extra for guacamole, they really skimped on how much they put on. I eat at Chipotle quite a bit but this store definitely doesn’t give you the amount as every other store I have...

Food was good - service wasn't that friendly but if you're like me you'll take fast service over good service.
Wasn't that busy with people when I went for both lunch and dinner.
Outdoor seating was nice - just know that there is a decent amount of homeless traffic around that area. There is also a Jamba juice right across the street for a nice shake to top off the meal.

Passing through on my way back home to Ohio. This is one of the best chipotle’s I have been to. I was pleasantly surprised, especially for a city Chipotle. Staff was extremely friendly.
