They were refilling lots of items, had to wait a bit to order. The lady gave me the good lettuce for my salad, says she does the same, somehow ended up with a bowl of rice and steak that we didn't order. Already home when discovered, whoops.

I was shocked by how expensive Chipotle has gotten. It's probably been a couple of years since my last visit. When the bill was under $10. Now and early October 2025 it was more like for a burrito and a soda.

I’m surprised by the low rating because we had a great experience! The store is very clean and organized, the staff during our visit at 7pm on 9/21 were extremely kind and professional. The food was well stocked and super fresh, and our portions were very healthy. Highly recommend!

It's really not okay to make someone wait 20+ minutes for a to go order, only to then tell them that you can't even find it in your system. You need to check that the order exists instead of making someone wait.

At least 12 other people were helped before they even checked the system for my order, and they asked the name at least 3 times

I just walked in to get a drink & the door was open completely open so I walked in & whoever the “manager” or only person speaking English was on duty at 9:20 8-4-25 was like ummm you can’t be in my store?!? Excuse me? Your a manager & you own the store? Extremely rude & unprofessional & unnecessary I won’t return to this location & only a couple people speak English here

The staff are discriminatory they hired 2 new people before giving my brother hours because they can speak Spanish. Marisol trust me you'll hear from a lawyer soon. I've already won my own discrimination case think I won't for my baby brother too
