This location likes to skimp customers with portion sizes. My order is noticeably lighter here compared to any other location. When I ask for double protein they give me 2 half scoops and then charge me extra. I don’t mind paying extra but would like to get what I’m paying for.

I ordered takeout and my order was supposed to be ready by 1:40. They did not bring out my order till 150 and they weren’t even that busy. This interfered with my break at work so I couldn’t eat my food right away. I had to ask them twice on the status of my order.

I NEVER leave reviews but honestly I’m so mad! I went in today with my friend and I ordered a bowl. My bowl is barely full and you all charge way too much not to fill these bowls up. Secondly the women preparing my bowl dropped a piece of meat on the counter and then picked it up and put it back in my bowl. Who does that! That’s disgusting!!!! And when I asked her to remake it she then started talking about me with the other women working beside her. Also the guacamole is brown and looks nasty. This is what you guys are charging people $20 plus for half bowls and old ass guacamole! Honestly I’m always disappointed at this restaurant and this will definitely be the last time I come here.

This chipotle always has very fresh ingredients but the manager was yelling at employees in front of customers which was so awkward and I felt really bad for the employee

I just left this location an hour before they typically close. I never write reviews, but this was just awful. I walked in with only one other customer in front of me and she appeared to get a bowl so hers was fast and easy. When It was supposed to be my turn, the lady was fully scrubbing the tortilla press down. I waited at least five minutes for her to finish, and this entire time that I am standing there no one acknowledged me ONCE! I normally don't care if I'm greeted right away, but standing right in front of them for that long with no word spoken or even looked at is just crazy. It was like I was completely invisible. And then had to wait for her to wrap the tortilla press in foil before getting helped was just annoying. And THEN to only get half scoops for servings was the cherry on top. I never write reviews because I just let things go, but this was just another level.

Give bigger scoops of meat please. I did not even get a full scoop, the employee put the scoop back with meat still in the scooper! The rumors are true, chipotle does skimp now. Crazy, feels like a rip off. Management can do better. Food tastes good tho.

I don’t know what to say but look at these. Do they even look right? The bowls were not even full at first and when I told them about it, they added this rice and lettuce like wtf. I’ve never had this kind of experience at other locations before. What am I gonna do with this much rice??
