Matsuhisa Denver offers incredible food and phenomenal service. The fresh sushi and unique flavors impress diners celebrating special occasions. The food is distinctive and very tasty, making it a fairly pricey place but worth it for a delicious dinner. The extensive wine list enhances the premium dining experience. The restaurant welcomes families and larger groups with a sophisticated atmosphere. The quality of the service is generally high, with knowledgeable and friendly staff providing attentive care. The best miso marinated black cod and perfectly cooked tempura are wonderful highlights. Servers are incredible and very knowledgeable, sometimes providing amazing choices and food that isn't on the menu for a 10/10 experience. However, the sommelier was particularly rude, but the server saved the experience. Guests should watch out for the quantity upsell. Overall, Matsuhisa Denver is a must-visit for an authentic and high-end meal, especially for its amazing sushi and delicious dishes across the menu.
