This is the worst Chipotle on the face of the earth. Consistently out of ingredients, mind-bogglingly slow, and just totally incompetently managed and run. It’s in such a great location too. What a shame.

Many people have said this is one of the worst locations in Denver and it’s true. I ordered delivery in the Chipotle app and it was a poor choice. They don’t let you choose where the food gets picked up from. Don’t ever order delivery if this is your closest location!
My chips were stale and hard to bite. I ordered the steak burrito bowl and it was completely cold. One extra star because my delivery driver arrived at Chipotle early and delivered my food early, though it does make it even weirder that my food was completely cold.
Fun fact, this location has one of the longest running one star streaks I’ve seen on Google in Denver. The management is definitely taking hater blocker shades to another level. In case you don’t want to read through, here are some of the food quality issues reported by other reviewers:
-Brown guacamole 🥑 -Meat bones in the food 🦴 -Smaller protein proportions 🙁 -Dirty surfaces 😮
If you work here and take pride in your job, know that there are always better places to work and it’s never worth staying in a toxic work environment. If you work in a place where people don’t stay more than a year, that’s a good sign that there’s better out there.
Edit: Some additional feedback for the request to go to Chipotle’s Contact Us. It goes to an automated robot and I also don’t recommend this experience! It took up so much of my day and when I finally got through to someone, the rep said I had to call another team. Chipotle’s customer service isn’t run like it used to be.

The burritos are smaller than any other Chipotle in Denver. I'm wondering if they have a food shortage, because the 2nd of 3 burritos, a barbacoa, went vegetarian.

Ordered for pickup and my bowl was disgusting. Rice was not cooked all the way, there were maybe 8 total small pieces of chicken despite ordering double chicken, no fajita veggies despite ordering extra veggies. Nothing seemed fresh. Would avoid this location if possible.

Moldy bread. It had to get thrown out. They tried giving me crumbs of beans because the girl in the back was behind on filling everything and they lacked communication with eachother. Also they over charged me for my burrito.
Tonight I ordered out through Uber eats due to having a cold. The Guacamole 🥑 looks the way I feel like dog 💩 Please do better Chipotle.

I keep giving this Chipotle second chances, and every time I do I am wildly disappointed. Guacamole is almost always a disturbing brown color. Such a shame that such a well located Chipotle under delivers every single time. Corporate Chipotle - please either do something to help this location improve, or do the neighborhood a favor and shut it down so another restaurant can move into such an incredible space and neighborhood!
