Went to Dumplin’ for happy hour with my friends and it was so good!
We started with the Cucumber Salad and Shishitos. Very tasty and the perfect apps. Then we loaded up on the $1 dumplings (10 per person) I got 4 mascarpone & mushroom, 3 Ginger Chicken, and 3 Pork & Leek and they were delicious. Especially dipping the mushroom in the balsamic and the other two in their Asian style barbecue.

Dumplin' is a cozy New York-style restaurant in the Highlands, offering an incredible dining experience. The service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and friendly staff who provide excellent drink recommendations and attentive service. The menu features delicious dishes such as Wagyu truffle dumplings and Lamb Kabobs, which are grilled to perfection and glazed with a sweet and savory sauce. The chef takes the time to personally serve desserts, including the flaming s’mores dessert. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with unique touches like an authentic 1967 Beatles billboard. The Japanese/Italian fusion concept is fun, and the space is clearly curated for enjoying a happy hour or a nice dinner with friends. Overall, Dumplin' is a wonderful spot to enjoy great food, drinks, and ambiance, with plenty of vegetarian options available as well. Reservations are recommended for this hidden gem in Denver.
