Service provider said policies that were different from the drive-through menu board regarding sides available with chicken boxes. All of the food tasted bad. Corn on the cob had no butter or seasoning. Biscuits were hard and dry. Fried chicken had no flavor. I was very disappointed.
I ordered a 2pc with two extra biscuits, a side of okra and 3 jalapeños. I did not receive my extra biscuits even though I paid for them, I called the store back over 5 times no one answered even left a voicemail. While preparing my meal I had to remind the guy on just about everything that I had ordered and I did remind him about my biscuits too and he still forgot them. I’m very disappointed.
