A bit on the pricier side but that's to be expected, being inside such a fancy hotel in downtown. Food was tasty but nothing special. My favorite was the egg salad sandwich and scone. Got the peach blossom white tea which was delicious. Great for dates, baby showers, bridal parties, etc., but the tables are placed rather close to each other. The high ceilings and live music performances definitely make a statement.

This was a trip/outing we/my Granddaughters and I, drove 3 hours for and saved for 3 years for. Thank you for the special memory!! The ambiance and service was very professional. The only big negative was how dirty the sidewalks were and also all the broken glass outside the hotel on the sidewalks. The homeless presence in the area was uncomfortable and at times alarming. It is, sadly, a deterrent to returning.

Food, as usual, was wonderful. Our server, however, rarely checked with us and forgot to bring a box for my granddaughter's birthday cupcake after we asked. We had to signal the Host 4 or more times to order additional items. Granted they were down 1 server, but this is not Brown Palace service. I doubt if I will go back

Afternoon tea at The Brown Palace was such a cute experience. We had a fantastic waitress who cane around checking on us and our tea levels. The food was pretty good. The pianist was amazing and the band that came later was great! We definitely will be returning.

We were seated 20 minutes late although we were on time for our reservation, which is tough with a toddler. They forgot to bring my glass of prosecco. The pianist seemed to be taking a break from when we were seated to when we left. The table was very small for 3 guests, every time I did anything I was knocking something over. It was supposed to be this nice thing but was kindof stressful. The desserts were good. The staff was pleasant but they all looked stressed and it was hard to get anyone's attention. Feel like for the price you should get a bit more attention.

Absolutely divine! Enjoyed both regular and vegan options and chose the champagne upgrade at $80 pp, which we highly recommend! Thanks again to Hiwat and Alem for their above and beyond service!! Piano player was fantastic too!

The sandwiches were good but some of the pastries just looked appealing - texture and/or taste were off. (For example the lavender vegan scone was the wierdest thing I'd ever tasted.) The live music, service and ambience were fantastic.

My sisters and I took my mom to Tea for her 93rd birthday and everything was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was the best. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. It was a true delight

We enjoyed our Teatime at the Brown. It is a gorgeous hotel where they set up tables for a classic High Tea in the middle of the beautiful hotel lobby area. The sandwiches were the classic egg salad, tuna salad and cucumber. You get an assortment of scones and then various mini desserts. They are served alongside jam, lemon curd and clotted cream. We also asked for butter. We were allowed 2 big pots of tea which was plenty. Everything was very good, but all in honestly the deserts did not taste fresh. It is a nice experience and a great way to sit back and just relax while feeling a little special.

It was a fun and unique experience in cool and classy location. The food is good, but I'm not sure if the total experience is worth the price. I'm thankful we tried it, I'm just not sure if we'd do it again.

Great experience!! Food was tasty, tea was delicious. Wait staff accommodated vegetarian request. Odd to hear the initial difference from how our wait person approached our table and the one next to me - seemed much more engaged with the others and not really sure why that was. Maybe because it was a bigger table? Didn't compromise the experience just expect everyone to get the same level of engagement regardless of party size/dress whatever it may be. Definitely will be going back!

I think it would be a lovely experience if it had exceptional service at half the price, with even a note of the historic around you. You're in the center of a lobby having regular tea that is served with a few cookies and sandwiches. It's loud. And for 3 people it was $250. The service was comically bad and we left with a plastic takeout thank you bag. Even if the cookies were worth $200, leaving in a plastic bag makes them so much less special. We did have a good time laughing at how good it could have been and how crazy bad it was. What a waste of money. Save yours and walk through the lobby and then keep walking!

Afternoon tea was an incredible experience. Highly recommend this to others, just be cautious that it is an expensive outing but highly worth it. Feels like you're not even in Denver anymore!

Everything was delicious. We both had Earl Grey tea and the champagne was perfect. The finger sandwiches were delightful. The scones and Devonshire cream were top notch. 5? Would do again.

Been thinking about coming here for tea for quite a while.. worth every penny! Got two “Veuve for Two” packages to serve a party of four and it was perfect! Hiwat was absolutely lovely and we will 100% be back!
