High tea was good but we were expecting something exceptional. Service kind of lagged a couple of times. The tea Room in the lobby was nice but the piano music was a bit loud to have a conversation.
Desi was a wonderful hostess. She was friendly and very accommodating with our request that she take photos of us—in fact, I think she was the one to offer and then she took several, which is always appreciated. Our server was helpful as well. This was a lovely experience, and the food was superior to other tea houses we have visited.
Omg, the place is exquisite! The design and sheer beauty of the Grand Atrium are completely incredible; you can't help but look up in awe. The afternoon tea itself was sheer perfection; every blend was so naturally delicious and flavorful that it didn't need a single drop of cream or sugar.
